“Had an issue with a large check which the Morganton Rd branch refused to help with, even suggesting actions they knew weren't in accordance with bank policy. Went to the yadkin Rd location and was helped by Glenda and Rahman. The difference was palpable and very rarely have I seen so much effort put into a solution, and I'm not even a bbt customer. These two should be commended for their outrageously effective, efficient and overall professional approach to help anyone in the building. The ambition and perseverance in these two absolutely amazed me. Thank you so much!”

He has truly gone above and beyond.Originally I wanted to just give Mikhail his credit for assisting me.
