Went to the yadkin Rd location and was helped by Glenda and Rahman. The difference was palpable and very rarely have I seen so much effort put into a solution, and I'm not even a bbt customer. These two should be commended for their outrageously effective, efficient and overall professional approach to help anyone in the building.
