They finally got my alignment correct and the shaking is no longer!! Their customer service is top notch and took the time to explain everything. “Shane fixed my AC compressor and did an AC recharge, he also gave me a diagnosis for my check engine light. Shane was able to fix my car in a couple of hours and we were good to go, the AC was cool and cold because this NC weather is hot and humid! “My splash guard came lose and I went to three different places that would not help and one place even tried to charge me for a zip tie and give me directions on how to fix it myself. Take 5 immediately helped me no questions asked all the employees were so friendly and the asst manager matt was excellent in fixing it and his customer service. “Awesome maintenance shop, highly recommend! I was stationed here from 2017 to 2022 and as with every new area, you have to figure out the spots that you can depend on to get what you need done. This was the auto shop for me while at Bragg. They were able to help figure out an engine problem with my 04 Impala that was giving me a very hard time around 2018. From then on it drove great and passed every inspection. They were even able to refer me to an exhaust shop to replace my catalytic converter for cheap. I ended up getting an ‘11 Mustang with low miles and they were able to take care of that as well. Brad and team were great people! Many thanks, from TX.”

Then we were informed the water pump is bad. They had to get one, informed us of the price and the time frame. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and they managed to get it done in less time than quoted. Thank You very much for your attentiveness!”

“So I just purchased a 2024 Tiguan and I absolutely love it! I know I've wanted a tiguan for a while. Working on the older ones and seeing them I finally pulled the string. Tyler and I talked for a couple days weighing out options and giving me advice as well as the other sales team members helpingme figure out my best route on obtaining the vehicle I wanted. I got the vehicle in 4motion as I knew I wanted a 4motion and in black color. Specific rims that are nicer than others in my opinion. Everything came out to the payment price i wanted to make as well as the dealership making me comfortable up front as I'm used to the technician side of it. Definitely made me feel like more family than I am and learning more about the vehicle features is amazing! Thankyou Tyler so much and the whole sales staff for working with me and getting me into a beautiful 2024 tiguan! Highly recommend business!”
