National Car Rental at the Asheville airport provides an excellent and pleasant experience. The staff is incredibly friendly, sharp, knowledgeable, kind, courteous, and quick. Service is fantastic with no hassle and no waiting. Customers can go directly to the rental lot, choose any car in the aisle, and often receive a free upgrade. The Emerald Club app allows for easy management. Drop off is very easy. The staff is helpful and understanding, going the extra mile to ensure a great experience, including assisting with issues like vehicle replacement.
So far so good I’ve rented twice with national and I travel a lot but some of the workers don’t have good communication stills. As if they don’t know where their vehicles are located.. so they had me walking around in circles and had to go back to the desk and ask them the same question. National replaced my rental after a two tire blow out from an in the road hazard incident. National provided towing and got me to an Enterprise site by uber. Then I was issued another rental car. All National and Enterprise employees were helpful and understanding of my plight and got me back on the road.
