264 Co Rd 1540, FletcherThey are amazing! The staff clearly cares about your pet. My dog Rocky used to go to petsmart for a bath and nail grind, he has short hair so no haircuts for us. After one particular visit he was acting different afterwards. Lethargic and not himself. He was fine the next day but I feel like there he was just a number in the assembly line. At K-9 Designs he has the same groomer and he always comes home happy and himself. I highly recommend them.

The entire team is attentive, kind, and genuinely caring. You can feel that your pet matter the moment you walk in. They take their time, answer questions thoroughly, and never make you feel rushed.
Dr. Howland is incredibly detail-oriented, which we really appreciate. He explains things clearly and thoughtfully, and he speaks to our animals (and to us) with equal respect. That level of care and presence goes a long way.
We fully trust them with our pets and are so grateful to have found such a compassionate and thorough veterinary team.

Cane Creek Animal Clinic and Equine
1548 Cane Creek Rd, FletcherWe had an excellent experience at Cane Creek Animal Clinic with Dr. Mitchell and her entire team. Our dog, Nessa, had a large infected cyst that needed to be removed, and from start to finish we felt completely confident in her care. Dr. Mitchell took the time to provide a very thorough consultation and exam, explained everything clearly, and then performed the surgery flawlessly.
Nessa is already doing much better, and we truly appreciated how quickly Dr. Mitchell called us with the results and updates—her communication and compassion meant so much to us. We are incredibly grateful for the level of care, attention, and kindness shown to both us and Nessa.
Thank you so much to the entire team at Cane Creek Animal Clinic. We couldn’t be happier and are so thankful for everything you did for our girl. Merry Christmas to your office! ??

I have a very anxious kitty who needs lots of extra patience and care. That is exactly the kind of service I received today from the best vet in the world! Not only did they come to my home for service, but they were successful in administering the vaccines Lola needed. AND I received a free box of Girl Scout cookies too!
Thank you Dr. Pisani and Kate for taking such great care of Lola today. I know she is excited for the next visit ?.

100 Sierra Nevada Way, FletcherBeyond the wonderful food and amazing beer (which is always fantastic), we had an incredible customer service experience at the Sierra Nevada Taproom. My 4-year-old son left his beloved blanket there last time we were in Asheville for a family vacation, but we didn't realize until we had left and were very far away. I called the front desk and the kind hostess offered to mail it to us. I am so grateful that the staff was willing to go above and beyond to do that for us! We were already mega fans of Sierra Nevada as a brand but this encounter sealed the deal for me!

From a litter of 9, each survived, and based on how Boone is, I can tell he was well loved and treated by his temperament and social skills.I'm looking forward to working with Charlie's Angels more, such an amazing organization! I appreciated the thoughtfulness and thoroughness to ensure Boone found the best home for him.Sure made me and my other dog feel special!
