“I’m really almost speechless how amazing everyone was here. I heard air coming out of my tire when I had stopped and I just typed in “the closest tire shop” in Google Maps and lucked out finding this shop.
I pulled in and went inside getting a nice greeting and two gentleman immediately came out, filled my tire, and took it into a garage spot. The gentleman who plugged my tire was so nice and quick and the desk associate was very nice as well.
What could have ruined my day was a nice experience and even though this shop is 25 minutes from my home I will go out of my way to come here when I need tires.

“Just WOW - I brought my mother’s Lincoln to NTB Fuquay on Saturday, October 11. The level of customer care we received was unmatched. Before we fully exited the car, Sarah approached us to ask how she could help. I told her our TPMS light was on so we needed air but also needed a safety check for each of the tires. She directed us to the waiting room while they inspected the tires. I was pleased to see how clean the waiting room was. A few minutes later Sarah came back and asked that we step into the bay where the car was. We were greeted by Julian who kindly and so patiently explained what he found while answering ALL of our questions and concerns. We trust Julian and his (no-pressure at all!) recommendations-they obviously truly care about their customers…and it shows. I normally go to the dealerships in Cary for all of our car care needs but it’s nice to see such excellent customer care close to home in Fuquay. We’ll definitely entrust our cars to Julian at NTB.”

“I have utilized Jiffy Lube many times. Today was the first time I could not get the services they advertise. I did get an oil change and it was done a little slow. They could not do a tire rotation because they were short handed. I am not sure why but another service business has the same problem. I don't know if wages, benefits or if it is an shortage of workers. I can observe many people who appear to never need a job so I think it is related to the work ethic which changed after COVID The cost of living inflation created a problem where wages cannot cover living expenses. Either way,it hurts businesses established to provide services and creates dissatisfied customers. I hope they can resolve the problem to establish they great service record again”
