“We have had SO many struggles with Verizon. My dad passed away and helping my mother navigate the process with their cell phones has been a nightmare. Even after all of that her continued experience has been difficult. I’ll spare everyone all of those details. BUT tonight we finally just went to this Verizon store in Fuquay on our way to dinner hoping to finally get some actual help. Andy and Lawrence were knowledgeable, kind, and incredibly helpful. In five minutes we had what we needed and were treated with care, respect, and service that any company would be deeply proud of. They truly know what they’re doing and truly care. If THEY were the entire Verizon experience we would definitely still be customers.”

“I have been a customer on off. When our home was destroyed with everything we owned Aaron’s stepped up for us as a family with a disabled child. They care they are deeply professional and they have been an incredible life savor ! Mold has been a huge thing in our family destroying twice over everything we owned so they have helped us replace what was damaged in the tornado back in 2024. I just bought a new house out in four oaks so I am running to Aaron’s to furnish every room since we are starting fresh. All the appliances we bought from them are still working from 2017. They are lovely people ! Thank you Aaron’s for helping my family feel comfortable in our home by being surrounded by elegant furniture bedding and Appliances. God bless love the sickles family !”

“Peter at the Fuquay store on Judd pkwy was very helpful with setting up our online purchased iPhones. He was willing to help even though he may not get a commission. He also continued helping nearly an hour after the store closed. Peter should get a commission just for being helpful in my humble opinion.”
“The overwhelmed pharmacy staff is working so hard and seems to still somehow always smile while interacting with customers. The front store staff is so friendly and kind. I wish it was easier to contact the pharmacy, but it is totally understandable because they seem to be incredibly short staffed. It is a busy pharmacy but they are always so professional, informative and kind.”

“No place is perfect since imperfect people exist everywhere, I shop at CVS as a local and have always had great customer service — today I visited the pharmacy and the pharmacist had a large smile as she greeted me. I appreciate that as a person who smiles alot too.
For those complaining, lighten up, emphasize. If it were you back there filling all the millions of prescriptions… ?? it’s a blessing we have what we have”
