“Food Lion feels like a tiny bit of upscale Ralph's. Or a Kroger. Whatever it's called in the South. It might be called Food Lion.
Anyway, rarely busy, nice bakery.”
“Perfect grocery shopping experience, especially in the produce department. Everything is stocked perfectly all the time with the freshest products from staples, tomatoes, potatoes, etc, to exotic tropical fruits and vegetables.”
“Great selection of NC craft beers (both refrigerated and not) and all levels of wines. Fresh baked goods from their Bakery Department are available but the good stuff sells out fast. Yearly savings can really add up if you use their MVP Card program. Closer to home than Walmart so bonus points for the convenience factor.”
“Great little country store with anything you need. For a small town store it had cleanest bathroom I had ever seen. Owner was super nice and helpful! Was passing through and happened to stop, and was amazed at how wonderful it was.”
“All staff are very friendly, helpful, and customer focused. However, the store is not usually well stocked, and they are always out of stock that's on sale.”
“What a difference. I stopped going there because it was always closed and/or open but dirty. They had empty shelves and cluttered walk ways with employees who you either couldn’t find, when you did they had bad attitudes and were too busy with their phones to care. That was 2 months ago.I tried stopping in yesterday and it was 80 percent better in the store. Shelves have things on them. It was visibly cleaner BUT the attitude of the employees is 200 percent better. I was greeted at the door with a hello and smile. I needed help and got it (with a smile). It was so different, I had to ask. NEW management!! Finally, someone is listening. Yesterday, I meet Amanda (new manager) and Patricia; welcome to Fuquay and please don’t leave. These two were buzzing around the store stocking shelves and help customers and joking around again with such a positive attitude it was refreshing. Thank you and please don’t leave.”

“Love the prices here and make sure to stay on top of your breads and dairy. It will go bad quicker than some you may purchase from a HT or FL but if you aren't buying more than you need for the week you should be fine! It's great for lunches and for quick meals. Love the aisle with all sorts of cool stuff on it. My pocket doesn't feel it's unreasonable in price either.”
