“I was having issues with the Asurion insurance policy I purchased on an item from DSG. The agent wouldn’t bend or be flexible on what I needed done. I went to my local store in Cary, NC 27518 at Crossroads and explained everything with the store manager Mike. Mike proceeded to help me as he always does and made it happen! Thanks Mike to your FANTASTIC customer service!!! I always appreciate your help in the store and when I have situations like this occur. Maybe corporate should have a talk with the Asurion folks and explain to them that they should bend a little for customers within reason!
