Aerie & OFFLINE Store is by far the best one, with an extremely nice and friendly staff that provides amazing and helpful customer service. The workers are sweet, patient, and kind, offering great advice and acting like a personal stylist to help find exactly what is needed. They know all the fits and hacks, assist with finding different sizes, and help put cute outfits together. Staff are always walking around helping everyone, making exchanges easy, and even helping with shipping. The experience is lovely, with no feeling of being rushed or annoying. Customers absolutely love the store and the staff more, promising to return again soon.
