“we have been purchasing our vinyl flooring from Home Depot in Kannapolis. We needed 3 more boxes to finish. Called to confirm that it was still in stock. They had it waiting for us when we arrived. . My husband is a Veteran and does not have a cellphone. They refused to give him his 10 percent off just because he didn't have a cell phone with the home Depot app. He has his VA ID card but was still refused for discount. very disappointed in the handling of this. we have purchased over $2000 worth of vinyl flooring and have always received the military discount until now.”

“Home Depot occasionally carries the exact products I need for a home improvement job. This shopping trip was no different. I went to Homes Depot to get paint for a project I had coming up. I can't recall the name of the assistant, but he was really professional and courteous, helping me with a few brushes and project prep supplies after mixing the paint for me.After deciding to have a quick look around a few aisles - window shopping - I noticed that although the store was tidy, the overall stocked areas in the store could definitely give a shopper the that it was cluttered. The self-checkout line was lengthy, so I wish they had a register open, but the check-out process was easy. Overall, I would most certainly return for any projects or requirements I have around the house.”
“For truckers:I think they've gotten much better compared to previous reviews.It's definitely a tight squeeze but there isn't garbage laying everywhere, just assorted hardware as you'd expect at a hardware store delivery. You do need to do some maneuvering but it's manageable in a 53' with a sleeper.Forklift guy is the receiving office, he's nice and unloads quick. I was out in about an hour and a half.When coming to the facility, you do not want to take a right turn because the road is heavily trafficked. Take i85 to exit 43 and come in that way. Make sure your tandems are all the way forward, you'll need a smaller wheel base to get in and out.”

“This is perhaps one of the best Lowe's in town. There's never been a time that I've came in here that I haven't got top notch service, it seems that there's always somebody available. The kind gentleman who helped me find the right snake for the toilet. It's just wonderful. Instead of spending $65, I was able to find one for 1/3 of the price. “Outstanding service. This is not my primary store. But when I had a issue hours after Tropical Storm Helene blew through and my primary store was closed due to no power, the staff at Albemarle Road was fast and responsive so that I could get right back to work. A huge shoutout to Jesse, who was able to get things started over the phone. Even after his initial phone call, he continued working to find a solution to my problem. By the time I walked in the store 45 minutes later, he was ready to jump into action. A big thank you to both Jesse and Angel for tremendous customer service while I was in the store. I'm glad to know I can get outstanding service at any STI location.”

“Biggest reason I enjoy shopping here is the friendly neighborhood mom and pop atmosphere. William and the guys are extremely helpful, store is well stocked, especially in a pinch. Hardware, garden supplies, tools, paints, plumbing, electrical, keys made, etc, even fresh local Honey most of the time.
Parking is ample, but getting back onto hwy49 northbound is tricky during heavy traffic, but don't let that stop you. This is a great place to shop and you'll receive helpful friendly personal attention here by the guys, unlike the big box stores.”
