“Carly is AMAZING. If you can ask for her. She's extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, empathetic, kind and thorough. I was having a bit of a breakdown and needed an affordable phone and had only ever been through Verizon and my bill was over 400 a month through them! Now I pay 45 and got a new phone and she walked me through EVERYTHING. Made the process easy peasy. I cannot rave enough over her. Metro really is the way to go. And don't forget... Ask for Carly cause she's just great. I'm so grateful for her. She will never know what I was going through and I honestly just needed something to be easy and affordable for once. I went there today and Julio looked at it and went into my settings which told me that I needed a new battery! A real easy fix. $35 for the battery and installation included! Sure beats thinking I needed to get a new phone with just one honest and kind person to help me out. I highly recommend Julio's Shop!
