“The last time I broke a phone was 2004, when as an angsty teenager I smashed my Nokia against a wall (yes, I was very immature). Otherwise I’ve had great luck with all my devices, until last week, when my iPhone 13 slid in between the tailgate of my truck, and I slammed the tailgate hard enough for it to latch with my phone wedged in the side of it. I just bought it a month ago, and I was immediately anxious about what to do. I got a couple of quotes and thought I was better off just buying a new phone, unsure of whether I had done more damage than just the screen. Then I read the reviews for Julio’s Shop, and thought I’d give it a try. I got there at 12:30pm, and by 3:30pm I my phone back as good as new for a very reasonable price. While all he had was an aftermarket screen for my model, the difference is negligible (the warmth of tone is slightly different by maybe 1-2%. If I didn’t do digital photography for the past 12 years, I don’t think I’d even notice. Otherwise it’s high quality, and the service was efficient and very friendly! I can’t recommend this place enough! If you have a device you need fixed, skip Apple and go here; you’ll be very happy!”
“Carly is AMAZING. If you can ask for her. She's extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, empathetic, kind and thorough. I was having a bit of a breakdown and needed an affordable phone and had only ever been through Verizon and my bill was over 400 a month through them! Now I pay 45 and got a new phone and she walked me through EVERYTHING. Made the process easy peasy. I cannot rave enough over her. Metro really is the way to go. And don't forget... Ask for Carly cause she's just great. I'm so grateful for her. She will never know what I was going through and I honestly just needed something to be easy and affordable for once. I was in a really bad space mentally and emotionally. I'll truly be forever grateful. Give this girl the raise she deserves. She is indespensable to your company.
