“Every branch I have been to all of the staff is just so nice and friendly but I use this one the most since it is on my way to most places I travel. So glad I switched banks and started with People's. It's nice to use the drive thru and have other tellers that are inside wave and smile.”

“Catawba Blvd Peoples Bank has been the best bank I have ever banked with. Andy Laws has helped me in a time of need, by getting me approved for a personal loan.. not once but twice!
They also call whenever your account is suspected of fraud, to confirm if those transactions were done by the account holder. Which I’ve never had a personal bank do, come here for any needs/services. They’ll go the extra mile to make it happen!”

“This is an "okay" branch. I prefer to go to the one on 70 but when I am in Mtn. View I make a stop here. There is a different teller each time I go to the drive thru. I don't bank here but I take deposits for others. They won't allow you to make payments for someone else even though you have their card. Some are friendly and some take a really long time. Depends on the day.”

Ever since my wife left teaching at a Christian School and began teaching for the State of NC, we naturally joined the SECU in Mt. View. We cannot speak highly enough of Jared Ramsey and the staff at this Branch. Have all of our dealings with them gone smoothly? Of course not, but when you have built relationships, those times are manageable. I highly recommend this Branch! 09.21.2021”

“I am sorry to see so many poor reviews. I know that many banks, as well as everything else in the world is going digital, and I did make an appointment online using the Wells Fargo app. My banker, Bill had time for me to open a new account without difficulty and was friendly. I was waiting for the upcharge or add ons, which as a salesperson myself I would have understood, but they didn't come.The branch manager introduced herself and the meeting was efficient. I want to encourage the tellers and bankers to continue to work to the best of their abilities, and I hope wf provides you with a good work environment. Metrics have their place certainly but honesty, efficiency and friendliness are good attributes too.”
