“The manager Elwood, is the epitome of where dedication meets great customer service!!
I was on the verge of going back to AT&T because of previous bad experiences with customer care on the phone, but when I walked in and met with Elwood, he sat me down, explained things to me and on top of that, I walked away with a new phone and watch (after promos for being loyal customer for almost 7 yrs).
Not to mention the cost of my plan is even lower because of the new set of plans that are currently out now.
Do yourself a favor and make a appointment to see him specifically ?!”

“Used Felix's help to recover pictures and data from Samsung S4 phone whose screen was not turning on after a hard drop. It took less than 2 hours to complete the job and I was able to send the phone for insurance claim (and got the replacement phone without any trouble). Nice guys .. definitely recommended them to anyone I'd know.”

“Excellent customer service! Tank was very patient and helpful with us. My phone wasn't getting a signal, which seems to be happening with some older Samsung phones. He tried installing a different sim card first, but sadly my phone was toast. He helped me trade for a new phone, and he was so polite and patient with me and all my questions. He also helped my husband trade his old, clunky Motorola for a new one. And we walked out of there with an armful of goodies such as tote bags and hats. I already am loyal to T-mobile because of their support for the military, and Tank noticed my husband's Afghanistan Veteran hat and talked to him about his service. He was so respectful. Such a great store with great people!”
“Great service here and very affordable. I asked them that they should start charging more, but the manager/owner said no. Love their humble hospitality and attitude. I have chatted with the manager/owner here and seems like he works every single day and nonstop. He is friendly and persistent with his work. More stores should have worker mentality like him. “This past week I had an incredibly stressful week. Actually the past couple of weeks. I was stressed and completely overwhelmed. Then the icing on the cake was my phone dying completely. I walked in almost in tears talked to this gentleman. He explained options. Listened to my situation. And actively found the best solution to helping me. In the end he asked can I hug you because you look like you really need one. And I promise at the time I did. He also gave me some great advice and I listened. As I was leaving. Feeling more at peace than I had in days he asked can I pray for you. That simple gesture coming from a complete stranger at the time meant the world to me. Unfortunately when I went to pick up my phone a couple days later he was not there for me to thank. I did not ask his last name but his name was Christian. I hope that he sees this and knows what an impact he had on me this week. When I needed it the most.”

And offered extra help beyond… unfortunately l did not get his name…if he reads this he knows who he is… just wanted to thank you but the plan was extended that was why l did not return. It’s unfortunate that Verizon does not have senior discounts to help keep those who have been their customers for a while and would like to stay on but cannot afford to.”
