“Slane was very helpfully twice:
One was to gather direct information I needed off my bill.
Two was to help me navigate a situation in cellular procedures. He listened to my concerns without interruption, and even took personal notes to refer back to it later, as he then gave me his opinion that looked at both sides, potential outcomes, and and advice from his own experience with how he would handle things. This is above and beyond customer service, that quite frankly needs to be recognized for his professional attitude, as well as an example to others of where they need to be when a customer ask for help. I will definitely be notifying Verizon®️ Corporate that Slain’s is a valuable employee to have on their team, who explains things very well after listening attentively, and shows logical reasoning in complicated matters.

“Niya was absolutely amazing! She got us a great deal on a new line and phone for my son's birthday. She took our list of requirements and found a promotion that met our needs. There was a slight problen getting the phone activated but she handled it efficiently!”
“I had accidentally deleted my voicemail number and after spending 2 days trying to fix it myself... I ended up going to the AT&T store and Brittany was the service tech. 2 hours later we had the number restored. In addition, she also handled 5 other customers during my 45 minute wait time on the phone waiting for customer service to restore the number. Brittany was very positive, professional and knowledgeable and deserves kudos for multitasking the 5 customers during my visit! She also set me up with home internet and I am canceling my present internet service that is now T-Mobile. She is definitely worth her weight in gold and then some!”

“I had the best experience today at this specific Verizon location and it was all with the help of Katie! She was exceptionally knowledgeable as well as very courteous during my visit today. All staff were very welcoming and friendly but my direct interaction was with her and she was awesome! Definitely recommend this store and if for some reason you don't get her, again, the entire staff was great!”

“I recently checked out this cell phone store and was pretty impressed with how helpful the staff were. They didn’t rush me and actually took the time to explain the different plans and devices, which made it easier to decide. The store itself was clean and organized, so finding what I needed was simple. Prices seemed fair, and they had a decent selection of phones and accessories. I ended up leaving with a new case and a screen protector, and the checkout was quick. Overall, it was a smooth experience, and I’d probably stop by again if I need anything else for my phone.”
