Had the pleasure of working with Saad when I got stranded on Johnson St. He got there in 10 minutes, got the car loaded up in 5, and got to the mechanic quicker than my mother and I despite leaving after us. He was friendly and gave some insight on what was wrong with the car. No condescension, no overexplaining, just much needed help. The receptionist unfortunately gave us the wrong price for the service over the phone ($65 rather than $85,) but Saad honored the original price we were told.
