“Wonderful, fast service! We had a 2016 Mack stuck in the area. They ran my driver by a Loves on the way to the repair yard so he could fuel up so he could sleep in the truck until morning. Lisa was kind and knowledgeable of the area and got us a tow quickly. The driver was kind and efficient. “If every experience with this company is like the first one, they've got my business. Had the pleasure of working with Saad when I got stranded on Johnson St. He got there in 10 minutes, got the car loaded up in 5, and got to the mechanic quicker than my mother and I despite leaving after us. He was friendly and gave some insight on what was wrong with the car. No condescension, no overexplaining, just much needed help. The receptionist unfortunately gave us the wrong price for the service over the phone ($65 rather than $85,) but Saad honored the original price we were told.
