“Really good place for HVAC supplies. Noah at the counter is very knowledgeable and a very nice guy to do business with. He represents Ferguson very well. When I was there, the power went out, but they still delivered excellent service with no electricity.”
“We had an issue with some building supplies we ordered. I went to the store and talked with Chris, one of the managers, and explained my problem and the issue it would create for our job. Chris was right on it and did everything he could to make it right. We had a crew ready to hang drywall at the job and Chris went out of his way to have the extra materials delivered the same day, which is not at all what the policy is. The driver also pitched in and made a second delivery to us and when he came, he was all smiles and happy to help out. You don't get a lot of stores that give this kind of excellent customer service these days. We are a Lowe's customer for life! Thank you Chris and our driver!”
