And instead Frank, the owner and Chester, a friend in customer of his, let me pull up under the awning and took their own time to come and take a look at our window and help fix it. We tried so hard to get it up and it went all the way up!Just truly truly truly nice people I can't believe they took time to do that! “My husband and I ran to Home Depot in Fuquay 30 mins before closing trying to put our bathroom tub back together with a new brass overflow with brass trip lever. The old style everyone is moving away from. C-Dave and Telly went above and beyond helping us piece together the parts of pvc and brass fittings we needed. They went to multiple isles bringing back pieces to make it work and tried just about every fitting on the isle to get put together what we needed. We are obviously novice DIYer’s that were in over our heads. It’s hard to find good hearted employees like this anymore. These guys need recognition and a pay raise. Home Depot should be proud of guys like this representing their brand.”
“We had an issue with some building supplies we ordered. I went to the store and talked with Chris, one of the managers, and explained my problem and the issue it would create for our job. Chris was right on it and did everything he could to make it right. We had a crew ready to hang drywall at the job and Chris went out of his way to have the extra materials delivered the same day, which is not at all what the policy is. The driver also pitched in and made a second delivery to us and when he came, he was all smiles and happy to help out. You don't get a lot of stores that give this kind of excellent customer service these days. We are a Lowe's customer for life! Thank you Chris and our driver!”
