I went to order a few parts I identified on their website and found that they don't honor website pricing, the in-store experience is limited to Toyota OEM pricing. Even though you are getting the same parts. Went to my car, ordered what I needed and it arrived there next day where I picked it up no hassle. Just a little silly. I would go back if I needed help identifying a part I need, but I would definitely take the part number and hit up the website for the best pricing.”

“Several weeks ago, I brought my car into AAA due to the fact that my Dashboard lights kept coming on. I had already had 2 different mechanics look at the vehicle and couldn't figure it out. Lex McPherson is the name of the mechanic that works at AAA. He not only diagnosed the problem, he also was able to instruct me on how to contact the dealership to get the issue resolved. He literally saved me close to $10,000 in repairs, as this turned out to be a design flaw in the engine. I cannot recommend him highly enough. The man knows his engines. And I am forever grateful for it.”

“Got a large screw lodged into my tire on Saturday evening. Made an 11 AM appointment online for Sunday which was the earliest time slot available. I dropped the car off at 8 AM Sunday morning and asked for a needed oil change also. They were able to save the tire by plugging it from the inside, performed the oil change, and my car was ready by 12 noon at a very reasonable price. The desk clerk Kristy was also very professional and courteous. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service and would definitely return for future work on my car. Also very pleased that they are open on Sundays.”
