“I have many prescriptions here, and have for about 4 years. Yes, I had to.lestn the process (note: online management of your prescriptions is fault proof if you use it). You call in to the pharmacy, if you need any other communications and they call you back in a very timely manner.
I adore the pharmacy staff, they are worked hard and deal with mean, unkind, frustrated people, so give them a break - you do want and need your medicine, right? I can't imagine how stressful their jobs are for so many reasons, so wait a few minutes - play on your phone, check your calendar, send a few messages...seriously, take your time and be sure my meds are accurate. I have a lot that are refilled automatically, then others that need additional procedures, but I find that when I put the order in on the CVS app, they handle all that are requested and let me know the status by text. They reach out to doctors, and they reach out to insurance companies... Imagine if you had to deal with that ten times for a rude patient with 10 prescriptions.
Give these individuals a break and tell them THANK YOU, for helping you stay alive, and healthy. Lord Willing.”
