“I was incredibly hungry one day, so I made a visit to the Publix deli. What graced my palette remains a vivid memory in my head and will forever be cherished. I went up to the counter, as one does, and I ordered the notorious Chicken Bacon Ranch. Little did I know the man I was placing my order with was the most talented, skilled, and versed sub maker to ever walk the earth. This man’s name was Luis. I have never seen him since and I doubt I ever will. He may have been an angel in disguise sent to bless me for some unknown reason. But Luis crafted that sub to perfection, in an almost intimate way. Every once in while I will dream of that sub and Luis. One day we will meet again my friend, may it be soon”

“This store has things like shampoo, orange juice, and cantaloupe. It has other great things too. Sometimes those things are on sale, and sometimes they are not. If you look at the photos, you will see that I stopped for a woman with a cane in the rain. You will also notice a damply atmospheric photo of the signage. Overall, an amazing place to shop.”

“I was just at the Target in Huntersville with my daughter (7) who got suddenly sick after a coughing fit. We were right by the pharmacy and there was an angel working behind the counter at the CVS who went above and beyond to help me clean up, clean my daughter up, and make sure she was feeling ok. I didn’t catch her name in my haste to get my kid out of there but ahe deserves some recognition and has my heartfelt gratitude!”

“I recently had abdominal surgery to remove Fibroids. I live alone and still need to prepare dinner. I wanted to make some Curry Chicken using leg quarts but I am unable to cut my chicken up the way I am use to. Because I went to Tractor Supply Co in Denver NC to pick up my pups dog food I felt I could get 2 task done on that side of town.I stopped by the Harris Teeter at 149 Cross Center Rd. I approached the young man in the meat section and explain my situation and asked if he could cut the chicken up for me as a courtesy. He went on to tell me that he only has regular knives like I do at home and not a meat cutting machine. Tell me which grocery store, especially one with a meat section, that does not have the equipment to cut meat and he would have to use the same knives I use at home. it's as if he felt I was an idiot. I don't pull the race card but I did feel that if I was blond hair blue eyes he would find that machine. I then drove across town to Public's off of Giles's Rd Huntersville, did the same thing and the young man said he'd ask. the mean manager came out and took my chicken himself. Cut it up in minutes and handed it back to me with a smile. Harris was my go to but I'm definitely changing that to Public's now. Thank you Publix for being so compassionate and empathetic.”

“I take about 15 different prescriptions (plus over the counter drugs) each month. If I were not completely satisfied with the pharmacy department I would change stores. I have used other CVS's, but much prefer this store. The employees in the pharmacy department are extremely helpful, they remind me about COVID and any other shots I may need. If I do not know where an item is, they locate it and bring it to me at the counter rather than just point it out wherever in the store it is. I have absolutely no complaints about anyone in the pharmacy department. As to the front checkout, although I very seldom use it, they always greet me when entering the store.”

“My 1st time going to this location on August 30th at 3:00 pm. I just want to give a shout out to associate Nancy. I had a cart full, there was only one cashier open so I went to the self checkout. Nancy immediately came to me and started the checkout process for me. While helping the other customers she still managed to scan and bag most of my items. I was out of there in no time. NANCY You Rock!!! I would have given 5 stars if the store manager would have answered one of the 3 calls I made. I wanted to to share my experience with the manager.”

“Super nice and well stocked Harris teeter. Went here for Memorial Day weekend it was busy but not too bad. The parking lot is big and easy to navigate. The staff were kind enough and answered questions easily. The aisles were stocked and they had good summer deals. Their watermelons were plentiful. They also have a large (somewhat pricy) alcohol selection. The cashiers and self checkout lines were not too busy so we didn't wait too long. Very clean too.”

“Yesterday I had the worst day ever, I was out of my medication that I needed and my insurance company was being the least bit helpful with my plan that had just started that day. Pharmacy tech Dawn went above and beyond to take care of my prescription and to help me fix my insurance. She took the time to try to solve the problem even though they were very busy and was so kind and helpful when I came to the pharmacy. So thankful for people like Dawn at this location!!!”

“I've been using this pharmacy for the entire time I've been living in NC. I moved here about 13 years ago and I promise Walgreens on Pitt School Road has continued being the pharmacy that wants to ensure it's customers get great customer service no matter what's going on. I remember needing a RX that my doctor sent over. The pharmacy didn't have it so instead of denying it they sent it to the closest Walgreens that did have it. Not only are they impressive behind the pharmacy counter but when you walk in you're being acknowledged. The store is always clean & organized & customer service is on point. One stop shop including immunization.”

I received a notification that only part of my order was ready, but since I was already there, the staff member went above and beyond to expedite the rest of my prescriptions and had me out the door in under 5 minutes.
