“Lowe's your company hit the lottery with Mr. Charles (employee). He is very professional, and knowledgeable. A Hardcharger!. A "Man of his word!". I called for help with a sheet of plywood that was cut previously. The plywood was cut off centered. I shared my issue over the phone with Mr. Charles. Mr. Charles stated " Come on, ask for me, and I'll take care of ya." Man, Lowe's he did. He corrected my issue in a timely manner. I able to get back to my "Honey do list," .. “Home Depot occasionally carries the exact products I need for a home improvement job. This shopping trip was no different. I went to Homes Depot to get paint for a project I had coming up. I can't recall the name of the assistant, but he was really professional and courteous, helping me with a few brushes and project prep supplies after mixing the paint for me.After deciding to have a quick look around a few aisles - window shopping - I noticed that although the store was tidy, the overall stocked areas in the store could definitely give a shopper the that it was cluttered. The self-checkout line was lengthy, so I wish they had a register open, but the check-out process was easy. Overall, I would most certainly return for any projects or requirements I have around the house.”

“I've been a regular at Lowe's Home Improvement and I'm always impressed by the range of products they offer. Whether you need simple nuts and bolts or something as big as a riding lawnmower, Lowe's has it all, neatly organized for easy shopping. Their extensive merchandise deserves applause. However, there's room for improvement. The $80 delivery fee, even on pricey items, feels a bit steep. Also, while the customer service is usually adequate (sometimes great, sometimes average), I believe a bit more attention and responsiveness could really elevate the shopping experience. Overall, Lowe's is a great place with just a couple of areas that, if improved, would make it exceptional.”
