Agri supply had the best price that I could find. When I got there, I was overwhelmed by how large the store was and all the merchandise that they had in stock.”
“I brought an antique Pirate's Box to the Waxhaw Ace Hardware location yesterday to see if anyone at the store could help me fix the closure part on it. The box belonged to my dad who passed away 18 years ago and it is very special to me. “Very friendly staff, the greeter Ana had a smile that one can't resist she is so talkative when you walk in this is so great! The store is bright and open, clean and stocked don't know why others complain about it because they have nothing else to do Ryan took great care of my warranty even though my lawnmower was there for over a month THERE IS A THING CALLED PATIENCE I know everyone has rhier problems with the public but they do tell you before you drop it off how long it will take to service it (some folks just don't listen) but I live this place keep up the good work Ryan and keep Jeff and Ana Thank you and God bless you guys ?”

Both times I was lucky enough to have John as an instructor and each time he was kind, patient and just a fun guy to be around. He makes you feel very welcome regardless of experience and I feel like I walked away from each class learning a ton. As someone new to woodworking, I highly recommend taking a class here”

“Pulling out of Ace Hardware with a smile on my face. I had been to 4 stores today and no luck. Ace had the largest selection of screws i've seen in Charlotte. I came in and a very helpful person at the front desk walked me back and began assisting me. He called for assistance, and Aaron showed up. He knew exactly where to look and found my part in a few seconds. He went above and beyond for a twenty cent sale. I told my son to run back in with a couple bucks to say thank you for his help, and he came back and said Aaron declined to take it. I am blown away with the amazing customer service!”

“Home Depot occasionally carries the exact products I need for a home improvement job. This shopping trip was no different. I went to Homes Depot to get paint for a project I had coming up. I can't recall the name of the assistant, but he was really professional and courteous, helping me with a few brushes and project prep supplies after mixing the paint for me.After deciding to have a quick look around a few aisles - window shopping - I noticed that although the store was tidy, the overall stocked areas in the store could definitely give a shopper the that it was cluttered. The self-checkout line was lengthy, so I wish they had a register open, but the check-out process was easy. Overall, I would most certainly return for any projects or requirements I have around the house.”
