This was the only time that I went in and actually needed help to find something. The person that did assist was very polite. He knew exactly what I was looking for and what aisle it was on even though I didn't know what it was called. I would definitely come back here again.”

“Lowe's your company hit the lottery with Mr. Charles (employee). He is very professional, and knowledgeable. A Hardcharger!. A "Man of his word!". I called for help with a sheet of plywood that was cut previously. The plywood was cut off centered. I shared my issue over the phone with Mr. Charles. Mr. Charles stated " Come on, ask for me, and I'll take care of ya." Man, Lowe's he did. He corrected my issue in a timely manner. I able to get back to my "Honey do list," .. Mr. Charles , " Thank you, Sir!!"~ Well Done..”

“I've been a regular at Lowe's Home Improvement and I'm always impressed by the range of products they offer. Whether you need simple nuts and bolts or something as big as a riding lawnmower, Lowe's has it all, neatly organized for easy shopping. Their extensive merchandise deserves applause. However, there's room for improvement. The $80 delivery fee, even on pricey items, feels a bit steep. Also, while the customer service is usually adequate (sometimes great, sometimes average), I believe a bit more attention and responsiveness could really elevate the shopping experience. Overall, Lowe's is a great place with just a couple of areas that, if improved, would make it exceptional.”
“This Lowe’s visit was outstanding! Me and my mom were looking for a lock, George came and Immediately helped us out. His customer service was amazing. He was very talkative and sweet, and as he walked us to the correct aisle he even made me and my mom laugh the whole way down! George even gave us a hug, and thanked us for coming to visit the store.
