“Mary Sue in flooring was wonderful. We are working on our first DIY home and she knew exactly what questions to ask, to help us find what we needed. She gave us sanding tips also that were very helpful. We came back maybe a day or two after and she remembered us and we showed her pictures of the updated floor. Vedo (in painting sorry if that’s the wrong name) was also very helpful in explaining to us the difference between satin and semi-gloss polyurethane. We went with the recommended satin and the floors came out great :)”

5-28-24 Update.
We visited the store today in an attempt to buy a Cub Cadet RTZ-42-S deck belt but the entire V belt section was a total mess.
Someone needs to fix the mess pronto as it is nearly impossible and not worth trying to locate a replacement belt.
Managers, please get on this or folks will start buying at other stores or online like I am forced to do now.

Make the Monroe store great again!

PS, there was a shopping cart full of unwrapped, tangled belts of all sorts in it.

“These 5 stars are for Tom who was working in the plumbing section this morning. I was trying to come up with a temporary fix for a plumbing issue. He helped me find a pressure relief valve and fittings that worked exactly the way I had hoped. Thanks again, Tom. I hope you're still there the next time I need help with a creative solution!”

“Can't speak highly enough of the crew here. I mostly worked with Juan but Adam (store manager) was also very kind and helpful. We started the process of designing online then went in store to see items in person. Juan walked me through the process and spent 1:1 time to make adjustments and provide guidance on the project. He was unbelievably patient with our questions and changes WITHOUT sales pressure, which is key. Equally the cost of the same exact brands at a boutique shop were significantly cheaper.

Bottom line, if you want to be woo'ed and spend more on a flashy presentation and do less leg work, Home Outlet won't be for you. But if you're willing to put some work in, head there. Honest guys, much less forceful, genuinely kind and knowledgable.”

“Bought and had a front door installed. Quoted, etc. at Wendover / Charlotte location. Jennifer / Tim were very helpful. Had an issue (my fault, not theirs) during installation, and Jennifer went above and beyond to help - and quickly. Also, Yuriy / RF Installations deserves an A+ regarding the entire experience. Superb. In this climate of mostly subpar quality / service I've experienced with many businesses in the last few years, it's refreshing to have had such a GREAT one here.”

I truly appreciate her assistance and her commitment to Lowe's customers. They all seemed pretty invested in the outcome and ensuring I was able to get the issue resolved.”

“Update ** 2024
July 2024 today I went in for lumber by my self I struggled for a bit and then two. Then employees came and helped me load everything onto the car and led me to the next thing on my list which was very helpful because I picked up the wrong wood twice and had to put it back. Another gentleman helped me find some nails and everyone was extremely nice. Even checkout they were very nice and helpful. My only thing today would be. I wish they had actual people checking you out in bigger area to get lumber out and besides just people who have a work membership. In 2023 I gave one star today I'm giving for cash. Good job Lowes for stepping up

*This was 2023 *Very disappointed tonight I have been going here and getting my paint for the past few weeks tonight they were out of a base to make my grey, And the lady told me to go to Indian Trail so of course I went to Indian Trail and the girl in India and Trail said that the girl in Monroe should have checked to make sure they had it in stock before she sent me. So the lady in Monroe made me waste my gas and time going to other places for something she could have looked at her scanner phone for to see if they had it I have two children under two and five all together right now and this is ridiculous she just could have took two minutes to look it up for me :(”
