Helped me with insurance being a nightmare, and were super knowledgeable in every aspect from start to finish. Their ability to match a tricky paint scheme was excellent also. “This is my ONLY go to stop for parts in Lincolnton!! The other parts stores SUCK!! The only thing I wish is that they would actually pay good to keep the people they have now, alot of good people have worked there but left for greener pastors but I hope they will keep the people they have now!! NO I have never worked for advance auto but that is my only stop in my hometown but sometimes I go elsewhere when they have non smart people working there but PLEASE keep the people there now and pay them to stay!! They are amazing to deal with and they know what they are doing!! PLEASE MAKE IT WORTH THEIR WHILE TO STAY!!”

“I bought complete suspension kit for my 1967 Chevelle. I tried to install rear sway bar it wouldn’t fit. I called and talked to TC very nice guy he said it probably was boxed wrong they sent me a new one no charge. That one didn’t fit either after we talked about it he had figured out that I had the control arm on backwards it was my mistake and he said don’t worry about it. “Started out with a burnt out headlight.. went in and a young man named AJ helped right away changed my headlights within minutes.. was very friendly and very well mannered! Seeing that my headlight covers were older and dingy.. he sent me to Stanley Auto where I got them cleaned and they look awesome! If you need help with something at this store.. He came, did a diagnostic and provided a list of all items that needed to be addressed. We scheduled him to come out the next day. “I blew a camshaft seal on my way to the boneyard and this was the closest parts store. I knew I could get away with working on my car in the parking lot because AutoZone everywhere doesn't really enforce the parking lot rule as long as u spend money so I spent 3 hrs fixing my car without being bothered. The crew was helpful and polite. Overall a good store. Definitely one of the better ones”
