“This bank is absolutely the most amazing bank. They are very nice and very helpful when you have any questions about banking or financial issues. I would highly recommend them. Only bad part is they need more locations. Jacksonville is the one I go to and I absolutely love them!”

“I’ve been to many bb&t/ truist banks in Wilmington, Fayetteville and Jacksonville. This one is the absolute best. Lisa and Kiko are always so helpful. Lisa helped me get my credit card set up, and Kiko was there to help me when I had questions! A lot of other banks get frustrated when I bring in lots of small bills to count, these ladies are all so patient and kind, even in busy times. (I wish I could remember all of their names!).”
