“Josh and Tim are truly caring spectrum representatives. My mom was on the phone for at least a week talking to spectrum representatives. On the phone they could not help her, one lady was irritated with my mom and so I got on the phone to see if it was true. And it was, she wasvery irritated with me, and so we went to the Spectrum store on Roxie Street in Kannapolis. Josh was so caring professional and cordial in his dealings with my mom. He took care of her service issue promptly and made sure she was good before she left the store, and the other rep Tim was very friendly and caring also. Spectrum please keep hiring individuals like these two that’s how you keep customers loyal and new customers coming. JOSH KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!”
