“We recently bought a mattress from this Mattress Warehouse. Godber was our salesman. He was courteous, knowledgeable and definitely NOT high-pressure. All qualities we like.
Our mattress arrived on the correct day. We give this experience a rating of 4.9 instead of 5 for just one reason. There was a mix up in our paperwork about removal of our old mattress/box springs. We believed that both were being removed but only the mattress was on the paperwork. So the delivery guys left with only the old mattress. But the story doesn't end there! Godber didn't drop it. He had his son come by and pick up the box springs later the same day. So he corrected the problem very well. We were very pleased and highly recommend Mattress Warehouse.

“Mark was very helpful and patient with us while we were looking for a mattress. Honestly, I was hoping to avoid a salesperson walking around showing us mattresses. However, Mark was personable, kind, and very knowledgeable so I appreciated him showing us around and recommending options that fit our needs- he was also realistic about it by not showing us options that were outside of the budget we had in mind. I’m very pleased with the experience we had with Mark.
As a note to the company: I find it very off putting that after spending a little over $3,000 on a mattress, you direct your sales associates to ask for donations to a charity. The company brings in enough revenue on its own if it really cared and wanted to donate without the help of customers. They just want the tax write-off.
Mark was great when I politely declined and explained my reasoning, so the donation portion is not a reflection of him.
