“Ty called me and asked me to come in as they had a sale going on. I told him we would be right down as my wife needed a new phone. We ended up buying 2 phones. He provided the best customer service I have ever had from Boost Mobile.”

7110 Knightdale Boulevard Ste f, Knightdale NC 27545
“They have been so patient with me and my kids on using my bank cards with progressive leasing and the hard time I have been having. I think the 2 young ladies that work up front should get a raise no matter what they make. :-) customer service goes a long way and even though I still don’t have our phones yet they are helping and encouraging me throughout the process! I appreciate the help.”

“Ty worked with me today. She was awesome on top of spectacular. She reprogrammed my phone which I totally messed up. Walked me through everything and when I left Knightdale I was completely satisfied with the service. If you could clone her so everyone can be like her that would be great too.”
