They truly know how to take care of people.My own experience was fantastic. I went in for something as simple as a glass screen protector. Their prices are very affordable, but they didn't have my exact one in stock. However, I actually had brought one along that I ordered online, which didn't look like it would fit my phone. One of the guys took a look, applied it perfectly for me for free, and then told me he would bring a case for my phone in 🩷 and have it ready by the very next day. You just don't find that kind of fast, next-day service and friendly care anywhere else!On top of their excellent service, they are completely bilingual, which is a massive help for the community and great for business. If you need anything for your phone, go see them. Highly recommend!”

“I woke up this morning to a completely dead phone. After doing all I knew to do, I went to the Verizon store in Zebulon. Wrong choice!!! They were no help at all, didn’t even try. I ended up call my daughter in law, I’m on their plan. She called the Knightdale store and when I got there they knew my name when I walked in. Two guys named Pete and Moises. They were the best.
