“My favorite go-to for produce and cheese. I make sure to go earlier in the day because if I catch them after working hours, they might be out of the better selections as they don't always restock during the day. They also have a really cool section of random goodies you may only find at Aldi! Make sure to bring your own bags and a quarter, as these things aren't free. You borrow the shopping cart and the quarter comes back to you after you return it like you should anyway. I always spend way less here than any grocery store too.”
“The staff are always friendly. They have a great selection of cheeses, and they have decent meat. However on the downside I would not go here for produce as it is generally substandard. The prices are great but they do not offer a lot of known National brands. If you are selective as to what you purchase you can do real well and save money here”
“I hope this is the right store, the one on 29 that used to be a Winn-Dixie a long time ago and is like right across from Sonic. If so, I have to give a shout out to Aurora send. I live in Cleveland and the other day I had a doctors appointment in Concord and didn’t have a phone charger with me and on the way home. My phone was at like 10% and I still had a good 30 minute drive. I get so nervous and anxious when my phone is dying and I’m driving, not to mention some roads still had icy spots. I decided to stop there because this area between China Grove and Kannapolis is one of those like everyone is friendly and helpful type areas lol. I told myself I was going to go in and try to find an employee that looks friendly and that likely had an iPhone lol and as soon as I saw Aurora I went straight to her. I explained my predicament and she didn’t hesitate to help. She plugged my phone up for me in the back to charge while I shopped, but I literally only needed two things so I just checked out the magazines and took my time getting my items. After about 10 minutes I went to the front, waited for her to check people out, let her know I was ready, and she went all the way to the back and got my phone for me (after ensuring her register would be covered by another employee) and checked me out. I didn’t catch the other lady’s name. She was an older woman, African-American, working the self check out area. This was about 9:30 AM and they weren’t busy at all but when a customer came to the regular check-out she jumped right in and helped cover while Aurora (I think she said her nickname was Sandy?) was getting my phone. Those 10 minutes charged my phone from like 8% to 35% and got me home safe. So thank you Aurora, for not making me feel like a burden and for being so kind and helpful. I wish more people were like you!”
“Love going to this food Lion in China Grove, other than it being new it is so much more friendlier and cleaner than that food Lion in China Grove down there by the graveyard I will never go back to that food Lion this one in China Grove on hwy. 29 will have my business for as long as I live here”

“The Popular Tent Food Lion location is always clean & well stocked. It's been remodeled as many are getting updated. Something is always being added to the shelves which for me means they're doing well. When I need help there's an employee willing to take care of me with a smile. This visit a sales associate took time to help with a gift card that I was having an issue & she contd until my items were paid for. That's customer service! I have my 2 favorite Food Lion stores I frequent & this is definitely one of them.”

“A good neighborhood store where I have gone for specific and specialty items along with Wednesday sales on meats and promotional items for years.
Unless you have a large shopping budget, this store is too expensive for everyday shopping but excellent for hard to find Items and weekly promotions. Has Excellent customer service. However, If you want extra change back upon check out, there is a 75 cent sur charge which I dont like. The store has good parking and accessibility.”
“I usually hate coming to this store as the younger generation bagging and the cashiers are usually awful with zero home training and absolutely no customer service at all. Kaden made my day! First, he greeted me in much a pleasant manner…THIS! NEVER! happens (unless I lucky to get one of the wonderful older women who are so nice to engage with and know what they are doing). Kaden was very personable and has great manners. He also bagged my groceries in the proper way unlike 98% of the baggers in any grocery store (unless again it’s the 2%, one of the older women who know how to properly bag). It gives me hope in this younger generation that there are some who are professional, are courteous and actually know how to do their jobs. Kaden absolutely should train his peers! And he deserves some type of acknowledgment because honestly this type of service is few and far between. I believe the managers name is Kelly and I hope you read this and know you hired a a gem! I was really impressed!”

You Gotta Go to Rons so today I finally made it. I got the Chicken Tender plate with Tater Wedges to go and was gonna enjoy my lunch when I got back to the motel. About 5 min down the road the smell was filling the truck and I jist couldnt take it any longer so I broke into my box and started eating. BIG MISTAKE as you CAN NOT just eat a Tater Wedge to hold you over and will keep sneaking into the box until you finally just just say the hell with it and pull over and dig in so here I sit on the side of Tuckaseegee Rd with my flashers on looking like a Pig but OMG ITS SO WORTH IT ! ????❤️? needless to say I will be there in the morning to try their livermush and egg and thick sliced bologna and egg sammiches!!!!!!”

There was enough room to come in and do a uturn and back into my door. I would definitely come back here. There is a Loves and a Pilot about 2 miles away. They was full around 7p.m.”

“My husband and I sampled everything. The fried chicken was crispy and seasoned just right. The potato wedges are delicious.The pizza was good. The ranch is homemade and their buffalo sauce is chef’s kiss! My husband tried the potato salad and he said it was delicious and tasted like something you’d have at a family barbecue.
Also, the service was amazing. The young man who helped us was the owner’s son. He was so nice!!!”
