“I was on a mission for 3 days to find a pair of pumps that would complement an outfit I was to wear for a church event. I had shopped and purchased a pair from another store (#1275). Natalie, the manager had found a pair of pumps at this store (#783) that may work with the outfit. Christina was asked to hold the pumps for me, and the shoes was on the check-out counter waiting there for me to try on. Unfortunately, the make of the shoe would not fit me securely. Christina went into her customer service mission to find another pair of a smaller size but no luck with that. I brought home the pair purchased from (#1275). I tried on the outfit with the new shoes. Unfortunately, with VERY sheer tights they would slip off my heel. Monday, January 5, 2026, I went back to the store where Christina worked and asked if she would graciously accept the return at that store (#783). Christina was very gracious to accept the return at that location to save me a drive back to the original store purchased from. Christina went above and beyond with her customer service!!! Christina helped life a little easier at that moment.”

“Got a Stanley bottle from here and it works wonders, but I also felt the store was very nice with the front counter. I did see some people trying the steal a couple days ago and thankfully someone stopped them but the store really needs security or something to make shoppers stop coming in stealing the things others are willing to pay for, but I do love that the staff are very friendly and are willing to go above to help their customers and I would love to see later as they continue to grow in the area to help others get what they need. (Also a small note, please help stop theft on any business you see) -RedStar”
“shoe carnival is just fine. you can always grab the kiddos a pair of shoes when you go to in.**edit** never really shop in the shoe carnival often…but my daughter and i ran in to see what they had one saturday. ended up finding a pair that were on sale for 10. get to register to check out and the clerk says “your total is 5.35”!!! another yes please!”
“I was looking for the v shape leggins and this store did not disappoint! Found the leggins and some other items that were 70% off...winning! I've never heard of this store until I went to the mall, but I will definitely return. I was also able to get 25% additional off for signing up for the mobile notification.”

“I stopped in at footlocker to get my son a couple of items and I found out that they have some great pre-holiday sales going on. Whitney was the sales associate that assisted me and she was very knowledgeable of the products they had in stock, she helped me select some really nice items. I also noticed some new Adidas colors that are not even in stock at the Adidas store, so don't sleep on footlocker for the latest styles and colors!”
