555 Abington Rd, Lenoir“If you didn't know of this gas station you MUST BE A YANKEE! Located at the top of a rather steep hill on Abingdon Road, this place has changed hands at least 4 times but has always remained in business. The most current name for the store is actually Top of the Hill. The hours of operation are from 6am-8pm Mon-Thurs, Fri 6am-9pm, Sat 7am-9pm and they're closed on Sunday. They have a decent variety of things you can buy, from anti-freeze to large packages of Jenkins liver mush, if you can't find it here then it's no longer produced. The employees seem attentive and are very helpful. One such employee is Rose. Rose has worked at this store for many years now and is one of my favorite people to speak with! Their gas prices, at times, was a tad higher than in town as is a whole bunch if different items but they're the ABSOLUTE FINAL LAST STOP FOR gas, sodas, munchies, and many more items with the exception of any alcohol related beverages. That's only because they're outside of Lenoir city limits and can't sell it. Stop on in on the way up to or back down from Wilson Creek, and please y'all, give Rose a huge shout-out from me.”

Store has pretty gkkd customer service or decent anyway some regular workers with smiling faces & newer workers or owners kinda awkward but all in all what you can expect from a small conveneince store.. Except no gas but its still a good store..”

“Great store for quick food and cheap nic has saved me many times in a pickle only thing I can say is pay attention to expiration dates here cause they do not especially with the candy some is stale they probably just forget cause it’s not got a lot but other than that I love this store and the owners are always nice and help me out if I have questions”
