“My car over heated from what seemed like a radiator hose. I was alone, struggling, and frantic for a quick fix as I had an appointment to make. I was hours away from home one direction, and hours away from family the other direction. As soon as I walked in the store, Isaiah immediately greeted me with a smile and calmly let me know he understood my situation and would do whatever it took to help. First he helped me locate a Towing company, next he checked my car to see what the problem may be, then he let me periodically walk in and out of the store to help cool down my son and offered to let me stay as long as I needed until my ride arrived, Lastly, he was very quick to let me know that someone (my family members) was unlocking my vehicle by watching the cameras. You could tell he genuinely cared about my troubles. He was attentive, polite, helpful, friendly, and everything you need when you feel alone and stranded on the side of the road. Through all of this, I witnessed him handle a steady amount of customers by himself while maintaining a calm, warm, and inviting demeanor. I truly have never received such genuine customer service. Isaiah is a guy that I could tell loved his job and meant what he said; he was there to help and would do the best he could. Someone get this man a raise! I will be retuning to this store upon any need of parts, roadside trouble, or if I just need to be reminded that good workers and authentic customer service still exists. Thank you!”
