“I was returning to my home town after being moved away for awhile. While driving in I realized I need yet another engine ignition coil. I call the same store in Mint Hill I had bought several parts before. When speaking to Nathaniel he asked if I had round or square coils? I couldn't remember and asked him if he could look up which I had previously purchased? He anxiously started to interrupt me once but caught himself and apologized immediately. He continued on and discovered the part I previously purchased, had it ready for me and all the while was polite and professional. Once I arrived at the store Nathaniel greeted me as if we had know each other before. But Nathaniel was new, I had never meet him or done business with him. In today's world it was just very pleasant to have this experience. A young man responsible, with integrity, tenacity and capable of communicating politely while listening and responding with respect. Keep up the great work!”
