“I was looking for a boom pole for my tractor and saw one on the Agri supply website, shipping was going to be pretty expensive. Then I saw where they had a location within 90 miles of me. Agri supply had the best price that I could find. When I got there, I was overwhelmed by how large the store was and all the merchandise that they had in stock.”

Went last week bought a floor jack with my grandpa and they carried it to the car for us. Great staff working here!”

“Can't speak highly enough of the crew here. I mostly worked with Juan but Adam (store manager) was also very kind and helpful. We started the process of designing online then went in store to see items in person. Juan walked me through the process and spent 1:1 time to make adjustments and provide guidance on the project. He was unbelievably patient with our questions and changes WITHOUT sales pressure, which is key. Equally the cost of the same exact brands at a boutique shop were significantly cheaper.
Bottom line, if you want to be woo'ed and spend more on a flashy presentation and do less leg work, Home Outlet won't be for you. But if you're willing to put some work in, head there. Honest guys, much less forceful, genuinely kind and knowledgable.”

“Mary Sue in flooring was wonderful. We are working on our first DIY home and she knew exactly what questions to ask, to help us find what we needed. She gave us sanding tips also that were very helpful. We came back maybe a day or two after and she remembered us and we showed her pictures of the updated floor. Vedo (in painting sorry if that’s the wrong name) was also very helpful in explaining to us the difference between satin and semi-gloss polyurethane. We went with the recommended satin and the floors came out great :)”

“My husband and I were at this Home Depot, July 4th. Tooty was outstanding with helping us with all things associated with doing a major painting project at home. She walked us from aisle to aisle pointing out the items we would need that we truly would not have thought of. Then we get to the front to check out and Belinda was amazing and took our items out of our basket to scan them at the self checkout! “Home Depot occasionally carries the exact products I need for a home improvement job. This shopping trip was no different. I went to Homes Depot to get paint for a project I had coming up. I can't recall the name of the assistant, but he was really professional and courteous, helping me with a few brushes and project prep supplies after mixing the paint for me.After deciding to have a quick look around a few aisles - window shopping - I noticed that although the store was tidy, the overall stocked areas in the store could definitely give a shopper the that it was cluttered. The self-checkout line was lengthy, so I wish they had a register open, but the check-out process was easy. Overall, I would most certainly return for any projects or requirements I have around the house.”
“For truckers:I think they've gotten much better compared to previous reviews.It's definitely a tight squeeze but there isn't garbage laying everywhere, just assorted hardware as you'd expect at a hardware store delivery. You do need to do some maneuvering but it's manageable in a 53' with a sleeper.Forklift guy is the receiving office, he's nice and unloads quick. I was out in about an hour and a half.When coming to the facility, you do not want to take a right turn because the road is heavily trafficked. Take i85 to exit 43 and come in that way. Make sure your tandems are all the way forward, you'll need a smaller wheel base to get in and out.”

But when I had a issue hours after Tropical Storm Helene blew through and my primary store was closed due to no power, the staff at Albemarle Road was fast and responsive so that I could get right back to work. A huge shoutout to Jesse, who was able to get things started over the phone. Even after his initial phone call, he continued working to find a solution to my problem. By the time I walked in the store 45 minutes later, he was ready to jump into action. A big thank you to both Jesse and Angel for tremendous customer service while I was in the store. I'm glad to know I can get outstanding service at any STI location.”

I came in and a very helpful person at the front desk walked me back and began assisting me. He called for assistance, and Aaron showed up. He knew exactly where to look and found my part in a few seconds. He went above and beyond for a twenty cent sale. I told my son to run back in with a couple bucks to say thank you for his help, and he came back and said Aaron declined to take it. I am blown away with the amazing customer service!”
