“Man that agri supply is a great store....heck a corporate guy was in there at the time and helped me load up some tractor tires in the truck..what corporate people do that? He was a swell guy too talk too...the whole place is down too earth”
“The staff was super nice to me and very enthusiastic about lending me advice as a brand new gardener.
I wish they were open on Saturdays… their store is the largest piece of real estate on the strip and my visitors were SO excited when they saw the old, inviting shop… only for it to be closed all weekend + Mondays, which is typically the only day bank holidays fall on. So, unless I use PTO, I can never actually shop here unless I’m off work already.
I think if they opened at least for half the day on Saturdays, it would bring so much more charm to the strip - especially if you purchase plants and seedlings at the next door farmers market! It’s a real bummer for most of us who have to work Mon-Fri, 8-5, but Im happy they are successful nonetheless.”
“Such a fun place! The staff are very friendly and the classes are fantastic! Of you have a question or need help, just ask and they will share so much knowledge. I'm a newbie to woodworking and the staff made me feel so at ease.”
“I went into Rockler Woodworking today. It is a very well stocked clean store. The man I spoke with is very knowledgeable.
I definitely will be back to purchase some wood.”
“Katherine was very helpful and went above and beyond to locate a exterior door, which we succeeded. The store is large and full of in stock products at a great value. I am a house flipper, Home Oulet is a great find!
Richard”
“This place has come a long way since opening and has some pretty good tools and other things reasonably priced. They often run deals with paper coupons and there app.”
“Very friendly staff, the greeter Ana had a smile that one can't resist she is so talkative when you walk in this is so great! The store is bright and open, clean and stocked don't know why others complain about it because they have nothing else to do Ryan took great care of my warranty even though my lawnmower was there for over a month THERE IS A THING CALLED PATIENCE I know everyone has rhier problems with the public but they do tell you before you drop it off how long it will take to service it (some folks just don't listen) but I live this place keep up the good work Ryan and keep Jeff and Ana Thank you and God bless you guys ?”
“They had what I needed and cut a key for me and let me try it before I bought it to make sure it worked friendly staff and very helpful great location easy to get in and out of!”

“My family has been shopping here since I was a kid. I do the old-time hardware store vibes. But if you need something for your sthil or exmark, these are the guys you need to see. They are awesome and very knowledgeable.”
“George was great at assisting us with a new grill. Antonio and John the tech went above and beyond when we realized part of the grill needed to he disassembled in order to fit in the back of my SUV. Thank you all for being a great team!”
“Love to go shopping at Lowe's because the employees are very knowledgeable of the products they have on hand and will assist you in seeking that same product in other stores to be sure you're satisfied with their service hair products”
“Great experience buying a washer and dryer at this location. The staff was very helpful and made the whole process smooth. They handled the installation professionally and took the time to make sure everything was set up correctly and working perfectly before leaving. Really appreciate the attention to detail and customer care. Highly recommend!”
“I was looking for an item and asked two customs service representatives, and the service wasn't the best. But I finally met a girl named Azul, and she really helped me find what I was looking for. She even took my money, and I want to give her 5 stars for her excellent service”
“I work directly with this company. Very friendly and eager to do business. Susan the owner has created an online supply store that really is 2nd to none. This is a unique niche in the US which fills a large void between storefronts and Big Online companies. They can move quickly when needed due to thier lean company design.”

“Erick was the most responsive and professional contractor that we have ever used while living in Charlotte and we have lived here for 20 years. He always answered our calls and text. He did everything that he said that he would do. The floors and staircase look amazing! We feel like we are living in a new home.”
“Every single associate was friendly, helpful and displayed outstanding customer service!! Special thanks to Josh who stopped what he was doing to make a copy of a key for me. Your excellent customer service was greatly appreciated!”
“My family had a great experience here. The workers let us borrow their tape measure (I gave it back), and they helped us find what we were looking for online. Great customer service!
Jesus loves you! He wants a forever friendship with you. If you believe in Jesus to be the only way to have your wrongs forgiven, then you will spend forever in heaven when you die.”
“Home Depot occasionally carries the exact products I need for a home improvement job. This shopping trip was no different. I went to Homes Depot to get paint for a project I had coming up. I can't recall the name of the assistant, but he was really professional and courteous, helping me with a few brushes and project prep supplies after mixing the paint for me.After deciding to have a quick look around a few aisles - window shopping - I noticed that although the store was tidy, the overall stocked areas in the store could definitely give a shopper the that it was cluttered. The self-checkout line was lengthy, so I wish they had a register open, but the check-out process was easy. Overall, I would most certainly return for any projects or requirements I have around the house.”
“For truckers:I think they've gotten much better compared to previous reviews. It's definitely a tight squeeze but there isn't garbage laying everywhere, just assorted hardware as you'd expect at a hardware store delivery. You do need to do some maneuvering but it's manageable in a 53' with a sleeper.Forklift guy is the receiving office, he's nice and unloads quick. I was out in about an hour and a half. When coming to the facility, you do not want to take a right turn because the road is heavily trafficked. Take i85 to exit 43 and come in that way. Make sure your tandems are all the way forward, you'll need a smaller wheel base to get in and out.”

“Fella named Skyler was super knowledgeable and went out of their way to help me in the nursery section. Give my guy Skyler a raise, Bossman ?
Hell, I’d promote him too!”
“We are developing plans for a kitchen remodeling project and Matthew has been superb from several perspectives! Not only has he listened to our suggestions and questions, but has provided wonderful insights on the various pros and cons. He used his software to develop a 3D plan, which then enable us to interchange countertop and cabinet options. He has been very patient, kind and knowledgeable!!!”
“Alphonso (I hope I’m spelling his name right) in customer service at the front was so kind to me and my older mother this morning, and help us load up a carpet cleaner into my car. He had the most positive and amazing demeanor and was just so kind and helpful. Thank you ?”

“Outstanding service. This is not my primary store. But when I had a issue hours after Tropical Storm Helene blew through and my primary store was closed due to no power, the staff at Albemarle Road was fast and responsive so that I could get right back to work. A huge shoutout to Jesse, who was able to get things started over the phone. Even after his initial phone call, he continued working to find a solution to my problem. By the time I walked in the store 45 minutes later, he was ready to jump into action. A big thank you to both Jesse and Angel for tremendous customer service while I was in the store. I'm glad to know I can get outstanding service at any STI location.”
“It is always a pleasure to go to Lowe's. They have vast resources and usually can provide what you need for any project. The associates are kind and easy to work with. They are always willing to go the extra mile to find what you need. They are even willing to help you out to your car with your load. If the load needs to be secured to the roof or other areas of your vehicle, they are also willing to help with that as well.”
“Chad went above and beyond when we left a bed leg on our shopping cart and, after returning to the store we couldn’t find it.
He recreated the piece in less than 5 minutes and compensated the sale, so we didn’t have to pay for anything!!
He saved us tons of money and gave us peace of mind. Service like this doesn’t happen often!
Much gratitude and appreciation for Chad and the University Home Depot in Charlotte ??”
