“Ok so it’s really Dollar-Twenty-Five Tree but who’s counting?! I am! Anyway this the best location around the Raleigh-Durham area! Better selection of items and I don’t have to feel like I signed up for an Eventbrite scavenger hunt to find what I need! Happy shops!”

“Clean store, friendly helpful staff. However they have a habit of closing early - especially on Sundays.
The hours on the door say open until 8 pm on Sundays, but twice now they already had the door locked at 7:45:one time, and 7:50 PM today (02/02/2025).”
“This dollar tree is pretty good. There was a lot of stuff in there that I couldn't find anywhere else. The prices are reasonable. If you have a dollar and some change you can get something outta there. The staff and some of the people that shop there are pretty friendly.”
“Best customer service that I've received from ANY Dollar Tree store, ever!! Ms. Elsie and her co-workers are so nice. The way they talk to the customers as well to each other while working is incredible. The store was clean even while restocking and changing the store around for the holiday seasons. The staff is very knowledgeable of what's in stock and can point you in the direction of where it is. The best experience ever.”
“I made a quick stop at DT for stocking stuffers. This location had great items, candy, chocolate, socks, gum, peanuts, etc. I really liked the options. Honestly, this is an affordable choice for a few quick items. The reason for the 4 stars is due to the store being a bit messy and many boxes in a lot of the isles. I realize they need to unpack inventory but sometimes it's difficult to get to items when the shelves are blocked. I assume sales would be higher with a tidy store and less boxes in the way, Just my opinion.”

“Always enjoy the excellent hospitality exhibited when I shop here. I find a lot of deals for $1.25. However, the aisles are very tight especially when boxes are open to put stock on the shelves. Employees are quick & knowledgeable as to where items are. I always buy $80 or more of items. Cannot take items pub to car b/c of tall pole on shopping cart. Can we please have a cart to go out to car w/out a pole? I find it very annoying when the customer has spent almost $100 & cannot take purchased items out to their cars….???”
“I walked in. The cashier was on the phone talking I picked up a few things cashout and she never stopped talking on the phone gave me my change and I went on my way. She did not say one word to me (hi, bye or thank you), sad ?”
“Because of my work, I arrived a little late at 8:22 pm, they close at 9:00 pm, their face when I entered their store said "everything", I better leave, he asked me if I would come back one day, I don't know.”
“I usually only leave reviews when I have an unpleasant experience so I thought I’d leave a good one for once. I don’t live in the area I was actually just passing through & needed to pick up a few things. At check out the cashier who rang me up was a caucasian male, late teens or early 20’s, longer hair that was put up- didn’t catch his name but he was so nice & made my visit a good one. Took the time to ask me how my morning was & that makes a difference.”

“I had 1 of the nicest cashiers that I've had at any store in a long time. He was multi-tasking, ringing up customers, speaking to those entering(including asking 1 if he had a mask & to please put it on). He also noticed a customer in line with overloaded arms & got guy a basket. Hakim was name on my receipt. Letters we're peeling off his name tag.”

“Working with the public can be extremely challenging especially in these uncertain times. I never go to any dollar tree dollar general or walmart expecting stellar service as it's crazy to expect this in value / budget type stores. These employees don't make much of anything and for the most part like most major companies they are told they are, and treated as expendable employees.Today, while shopping, the line was extremely long and the cashier was doing her best to accommodate other employees ( the one that was left in the store) as well as customers and some not so pleasant customers as well. To top it off they had a faulty payment machine . I just wanted to let this store know that Ashley went above and beyond in both personality and assistance to those of us in line. And no...shes not a new employee. Just a caring person who has a gift for people. Thanks again Ashley. Keep doing what your doing.”

“I only posted to say something wonderful about the cashier, Mark. He was so kind. I didn't interact with the other older gentleman there that evening but he seemed kind as well. I can tell they are in need of help as most Dollar Trees are. As there were Carts of boxes in many places and they didn't have the gallon water I came for, but for some reason many of the Dollar trees have been out. I don't fault the staff. Just wanted to say they are kind. Made my night. Be blessed.”
