“I've been taking my parents-in-law to see Dr. Nunez for many, many years. Dr. Nunez and his medical team are always very kind, gentle, efficient, and caring. My 89 years old father-in-law and 85 years old mother-in-law are very happy and satisfied every time after seeing Dr. Nunez.It is especially true with my father-in-law because over the years he has acid reflux, nerve pain, and sleeping problems. Dr. Nunez has helped control and improved his condition by proper prescriptions and routine checks. We are very lucky to have Dr. Nunez and his team as our care provider. 5 star!!!”
“The best urgent care I've been there for a visit ever, all the team was nice starting from the ladies in the front desk, the provider, the owner, the waiting time was reasonably fine and smooth even like it was a walking appointment, they called me after that for my results and make an appointment for a follow-up, they accept almost all the insurance types and explained everything related to any procedure and medical terms and medications, thanks and keep the hard work”
“I had a tooth pulled today and the dentist didn’t send me home with any pain medication. I can’t take ibuprofen or aspirin as I am allergic and the Tylenol was not cutting it. I was able to make an appointment immediately with Dr. Taylor. I had just spent 300$ on dental work and the front desk staff was so nice and allowed me to only pay half of the copay and be billed the rest. I was hysterically crying and the wait time was so quick, the nurse and tech were absolutely wonderful and funny and they made me feel at ease.Dr Taylor was so understanding and took me seriously (many doctors seem to brush off patient pain nowadays). He gave me some steroids for the swelling and some pain medicine to help me for the next few days. Truly a life saver. He was thorough about my allergies to NSAIDs and genuinely concerned about my well being. I am switching to this practice as my primary now because of how wonderful my experience was in my time of absolute misery. He even sent over an inhaler for me when I called after I left and told him I forgot to mention I ran out of mine!Thank you to the whole staff!!”

“I've been a patient of this practice since 2011. Things have historically been stable. In the last year we have been assigned 3 different PAs, being informed that our previous provider had left. The practice is proactive in managing my medications and schedules multiple check in yearly. My nine year son wants to marry the "Australian girl" (who I am 99.97% sure is British). She's always been kind and patient with us. When we call for a sick visit we are scheduled same or next day. I don't mind wait time in the waiting room since the quality of the provider visit is excellent. If I had to complain about something... the phlebotomist rarely gets my stick on the first try. But that's probably me, not her. :)”

“I've been seeing Dr. Brown for 5 years, very consistently, yearly.I am middle aged and have some small and acute health issues.Dr. Brown is a very experienced general doc. I have never seem him struggle with a question. He and the office are well-organized. He has the bedside manner of a saint. I always enjoy his conversation and jokes and general demeanor. He delivers good and bad news with grace.I refer all of my friends to Dr. Brown and when my kids are 18+, I'd like them to go see Dr. Brown and his group. He is well connected and his referrals to specialists are invaluable. Honestly I think this is one of the most important things. When you have a severe problem, you want to see the best in the area, and Dr. Brown knows who these people are!Probably most importantly, Dr. Brown and his partner operate a private practice, and you don't feel rushed by the admin- they do it their way. He will take a full 30-45 minutes with you at your yearly- almost unheard of.I have also seen Dr. Watkins and Ms. Reed, whom were fantastic.Their use of virtual visits for sick call is also very convenient. I highly recommend this practice.”
“Took a bit to find an excellent PCP. Once you find them things start to improve that you had given up on. After a few tries, I found such a doctor here. Dr. Starr is invested in her patient's quality of life. That’s a rare find for me. The front desk staff have always been exemplary. The offices are lovely and Teresa in the lab is a whiz.”

The office staff is also nice and lab draws were minimally painless.Please note, there are some particular rules this office has in reference to what services can be provided each vist due to billing/insurance purposes. Thankfully, there is often appointment availability to be seen soon if you need it.I look forward to my long-term PCP relationship here at Tricity Family Medicine & Urgent Care!”

“We did not even realize this urgent care was near to our house.. we went in the evening on Saturday evening around 5:30 pm..We did not wait much and was seen immediately.. the provide was very nice and polite.. and provided the correct treatment.. it took some time for the treatment but all was good at the end..The place is big when compared to other urgent cares I have seen.. the front desk people were also really nice and helpful..Before we got treatment i asked to to run my insurance to see they were in network and luckily they were..Overall we have a good experience…”
