“On 08/10/24 I received the greatest help and support from the Property Manager Patrice Rice who resolved my storage space issues over and above what I expected, after having made 3 reservations, going to another location and no one was present to help Me (the location wasn’t even open at 8:30 am on a Saturday morning not advocating that Public Storage should be a 24 hour operation, b/c I understand employees need time off too) calling the reservation line and they were of no help I went to the Hopson Rd store at 4812 Hopson closest to me and Mrs Rice took ownership of my issue and fully resolved to it My satisfaction. She is to be commended for her excellent customer service, her care about my situation and her commitment to see it through she is deserving of a raise. There’s not a lot of customer service people left who understand it and will take ownership.”
