“We took my daughter Kycen here today, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. Kycen is autistic and can sometimes struggle with anxiety, sensory overload, and feeling comfortable in new environments,but the moment she sat down with the goats, everything changed.She smiled, laughed, relaxed, and truly enjoyed herself in a way that melted my heart as a parent. The goats were so calm, gentle, and affectionate, even laying in her lap and staying close to her. The environment felt peaceful, welcoming, and judgment free.Watching her connect with the animals and genuinely have fun meant more to me than words can explain. Experiences like this are so important for children like Kycen, and this farm gave us a memory we will never forget.Thank you for creating such a safe, loving, and therapeutic environment for families. “If you appreciate beautiful landscapes, this is a place worth visiting. The gardens feature many beautiful trees and are thoughtfully arranged according to different themed concepts.

Parking is limited nearby on weekdays. You can park at Duke Hospital (paid parking) and walk over, which is very close. There are several secondary entrances to the area; however, it is recommended to start at the main entrance. The main entrance has an information desk, which helps you plan your visit more efficiently and explore the entire area effectively.”
“Cars & Coffee Morrisville is one of the best car meets in the area — and it's the real deal. Run officially in conjunction with Highway Patrol, the event is well-organized, welcoming, and surprisingly lively for an early morning meetup.
It runs from 8–11 AM, all cars are welcome, and they rotate through some really cool themes that keep things fresh every time. The variety is unreal — I spotted a Ferrari F40 a few weeks back, which says a lot about the caliber of builds that show up.
A couple of things to keep in mind: arrive early, because it fills up fast and spots go quickly once things get going. The biker crowd can also get a little rowdy at times, which is worth knowing if that's not your scene.
Overall though, it's a fantastic event with a great atmosphere. Highly recommend for any car enthusiast.”

“We had our son and daughter in laws rehearsal dinner here just last week. I cannot even begin to tell you how wonderful everything was. First off, working with Phil and Erin was a delight, both easy going and very accommodating. We had booked the space for four hours, first two for the dinner, and the second two for welcome drinks for all others. Everything went so smooth and was so personal I hated for it to end. We have had so many of our guests rave about the food, service and the room in general, all of it was perfect. We would not change a thing.”
“What an awesome venue. We hosted a graduation party for Duke students and everyone was impressed with the venue. A perfect setup with indoor and outdoor space. The outdoor space has the turf that keeps the area clean and finished and also has a concrete counter area that is perfect for serving drinks from.
The staff were extremely helpful and great to work with.”

“I got my taxes done for free here through the VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance) program. It took 4 hours, but it was free!! I worked on other things I needed to do while I waited. I am pleased I was able to find a free tax prep service this year and my return was direct deposited into my account in about a week's time. Thanks y'all!”

“I recently attended an event at Studio Motif. Ms. Still was an awesome host. Her space was everything I needed and more. There were activities for everyone, from toddlers to older adults. This is definitely a hidden gem in Durham. I will definitely book this space again.”
“Smaller than expected but with good music and good people there is little to complain about. Only real issue I would say is that there is just one bathroom but they do have some porta potties so ended up using those. Make sure you have cell phone battery because you will need a flashlight.”

“The overall stay was good and the staff was pleasant, but I did experience some inconveniences that affected my experience. The biggest issue was having to change rooms three different times before getting one that was suitable. In my first room, there was standing water in the bathtub, a half-burned cigarette left in the shower, and human hair on the shower walls. After reporting the issue, I was moved to another room, but that room also had standing water and hair throughout the bed that appeared to be a mixture of human and pet hair, which I understand can happen at a pet-friendly hotel. I then had to go through another room change, which took about 30 minutes total walking back and forth and checking rooms. Thankfully, the third room was fine with no issues. I also noticed that I wasn't the only one experiencing problems, as some of my friends who checked in had issues with their rooms as well. Aside from the inconvenience of changing rooms multiple times, the stay itself was okay, but I do think housekeeping and room inspections could use more attention before guests check in.”
