“The staff at this Big Lots are very nice. The store was clean and easy to shop despite it being just a couple weeks before Christmas. The selections were good and the parking lot is large and easy to park. If you sign up for the rewards program you get an instant coupon that you can use at the register!”

“This location has gone above and beyond for a sale issue. I purchased a perfume on sale for $88 this past weekend and had $65 in Belk Rewards to use, after scanning my Belk card and verifying the rewards the excellent sales clerk attempted to scan additional coupons from my phone for additional savings and could not get the coupons to scan, I paid and left the store unknowingly that the computer had charged me the regular price of $110 and subtracted the rewards amount. I called back that evening and spoke with Leon, the manager who was extremely nice and told me to bring my receipt and he would correct. The following day I returned with the receipt and spoke with another extremely friendly sales associate who went above and beyond to refund me the difference with an additional 10% off! Computer errors happen and great customer service this day in time can sometimes be non existent! Thank you to the amazing sales associates and to Leon for going above and beyond!!”
“This is a good DG store in Flatrock, North Carolina, just above Mt. Airy. It's got an interesting outside design, but inside is run of the mill. It is clean, tidy, with little clutter, and the staff were good in my visit.”
“I love Rose's. Its hotter than the 4th of July in there. Every time I go its hot. I over heard lady whose been there for a long time tell a newer employee the AC people were coming. (Honestly they maybe but that place hasn't had good air conditioning in three years!) Probably didn't want to disappoint the new hire.”
“This Walmart is amazing, normally staff in Walmart could careless about anything but my brother in-law is in a wheel chair and multiple people offered to help us out it was very kind. On top of that this is by far the cleanest Walmart I have seen. Awesome job Walmart keep it up!!!”

“This is a pretty good store. It's in a high trafficked area of Mt. Airy, North Carolina. This is a pretty 'new' store as it switched over from Burkes Outlet. It was a little bit disorganized in some sections, and the clothes section is BARELY big enough to fit a cart down. When that is over half the store, it gets really crowded. Overall, they have plenty of space to make things wider and clean up a little bit. Do that and this store is great.”
