“I love this little post office. The ladies that work here are so nice, especially the one with the shorter hair. I obviously need to ask her name because she is wonderful! The post office is quaint and they always have nice decorations for the seasons/holidays. It is nice to have someone brighten your day just from brief interactions. “I come here all the time and every time the ladies say hello how you doing thank you for waiting and I appreciate that so people please stop giving them a 3.6 they deserve a five it's only two of them and there's only two spaces come on give the ladies a break they can only do but so much they can only work in the space that they were allotted.”

“This small post office is located in a block of buildings overlooking the Catawba River and Goat Island. A perfect spot to send off your post cards and it turns out that yes, I had a few that I have been carting around for a bit. Oops.
There is not a drop off lane and if there is any sort of good weather, you can expect the parking here to be a challenge. They do have a mailbox right in front. Super easy!”

“I missed my package yesterday that needed a signature. I was nervous about coming down here because of all the negative reviews. I personally just had a great experience. The gentleman at the counter was kind, friendly and found my package without any issue. So I wanted to let everyone know, that even though some people express frustration with their experience, mine was fantastic.”
“Idk how this location has such a low rating. It was great. Not busy AT ALL on a Friday afternoon. Person at the counter was very calm and friendly. Really easy to drop my package off for shipping. Even the box I needed was much cheaper than UPS and FedEx combined. Worst thing about this place is the literal location. It's at a very...not great intersection, weird turn into the parking lot. Would 100% come back”
