Even though it was in the afternoon on a busy Friday, Natalie Payne listened to our situation, gave us advice, and sent us the appropriate forms to do what was needed. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of securely, quickly, and as though we were right there at the location.”

“I recently referred my wife to First Citizens Bank on Market Street. Ashley Foster and her team took great care of her. After having horrible experiences with Truist Bank, my wife was skeptical. First, Ashley talked to her on the phone, going over what were my wifes expectations from the bank. Then Ashley took the time to share her personal background in banking and what my wife could expect from her personally.My wife went in and they spent two hours working with her to help her set up all the accounts she was moving over from the other bank. It has been over a month now and she still tells me how happy she was with the amazing service she received from Ashley and her team.”

“I've been banking here almost a decade; since back when they were New Bridge Bank. I've always enjoyed the friendly service, and the accuracy and efficiency of this branch. I do wish they were open weekends, but it's not a huge deal; especially with the 24 hour ATM and online services First National provides.Plus, it's a good setup spot for Goodwill each weekend.Also, this branch does not have a coinstar machine; so if you're bringing in change, the coins need to be rolled.”

“I received a call from the Greensboro location today (I live in another city). The person I spoke with is Nakia (so sorry if I butchered her name). I just want to say she is amazing. Someone apparently came in to their location with a fake ID trying to use my information to access my account, and Nakia immediately recognized that it was suspicious, took the person's fake ID, and contacted me directly. Thank you so much for being diligent and proactive in protecting your clients. I am so appreciative beyond measure! You are awesome.”
“I recently purchased a vehicle about 3 days ago and I went through my bank for lending services and I had to go to this branch because it was close by the car lot. I end up getting help from a loan advisor Demarcus Bowden. First off he was very professional, cool, very nice, understanding and very knowledgeable. I never done lending with the bank but he made my experience so easy going and comfortable. Every question I had he explained the answer to me with ease. He even negotiated with the car salesman to get my car payments lower. I walked out the bank with my vehicle and proud as ever to have trusted such a good bank and a good loan advisor. Also the staff at this branch are always professional and knowledgeable and fast service keep up the good work. I live all the way in High Point and will drive to this location just for the service.”
“This is genuinely the best service I've had at a bank or anywhere else. I went by there to speak with a representative about student loans. A kind man opened the door for me, greeted me, and immediately sat me down with who I needed to speak to. No fuss or difficulties. The banker I met with was incredibly friendly and gave me all the information I needed in a timely manner.”
“I've banked with PNC for years and they are the best! The kernersville branch has always treated me well. I've had some very difficult and specific issues and they have helped me handle them with little to no trouble at all. Michelle and Mindy specifically are absolute rockstars.
All communications has been prompt and easy to follow. If they are unable to do something, they are honest about it. System issues have happened before and delayed things but that is literally just a system issue and it was communicated promptly and clearly so I was able to get my transactions completed.
I absolutely love PNC. Be it online, over the phone or in person, they will do what they can to help if they are able. All of the staff I have had interactions with have been so understanding and kind, which is very much appreciated. Customer service is superb.”
“Being meaning to write a review from a few months ago and found Jahyra Robinson's card in my wallet. She is a Officer Relationship Banker and she was very polite and courteous during my application for new credit card. The process was done in less than 30 minutes and our cards arrived a few days later in the mail. I highly recommend using Jahyra for any of your banking needs.
I do want to mention upon calling a closer location on Pisgah Road that the person answering for appointment put me on hold and finally I had to hang up. That is when I called the New Garden location.

“Charles Norton at the Guilford College branch did a superior job of handling several problems we had with our different accounts. However, I found it extremely difficult to offer praise directly to the manager after I left the bank. WF would do well to make it easier to leave a voicemail or set up some kind of contact method to do that.”

He reviews my policies every year to get me the best possible deal for my current situation in life. He even spoke with my two daughters right before they started driving. Sometimes the “talk” means more coming from someone you really don’t know more than from a parent. He’s responsive and he really cares about his clients.All the staff that I’ve dealt with are exceptional; but I must give a shout out to Chastity Spofford, another fan fav!! She is exceptional at what she does.My most recent experience with THE bank of Oak Ridge, left me saying to my wife as I was walking out, “you know the service at the Bank of Oak Ridge is exceptional.” Sonia Torres appeared that she was pressed for time, as if she had an appointment to make, but realized we had been waiting, only for a short amount of time, but we were still waiting for help.
