Dr Wilkins and his sweet wife Teresa are caring and kind, our dogs sure love them. The entire staff is wonderful. We have complete confidence in them and feel grateful to have found them.

200 E Main St, Pilot MountainWe recently built a home in NC and took a day trip to pilot mountain. We happened upon this little joint and we immediately fell in love with it. An awesome little greasy spoon counter service joint with great food and SUPER friendly service. Staff were great, customers were great. A truly welcoming atmosphere with great food. We'll definitely be back. I especially enjoyed the good natured joking with my obvious NJ accent. They definitely made me feel at home

105A W Main St, Pilot MountainI've never had anything bad here! The burger is great, and the fried pickles, pretzels, chicken tenders, mozzarella bites, ranch dressing are also really tasty! Servers and bartender are very friendly! Altogether, great atmosphere and food! Go give a try!

102 Heatherly Creek Dr, Pilot MountainComing it it's a tiny little home like place, we chose a spot and a lovely waitress helped us and she was truly honest about the menu which we loved and she gave us great recommendations. We had a few items and they were sooooo good, even the ceaser salad sauce was great!. Definitely will go back

Cousin Gary's Family Restaurant
626 S Key St, Pilot MountainCame here on July 4th for the breakfast buffet. Friendly staff and clean restaurant. The warm apple slices on the buffet were delicious, not too sweet with a hint of cinnamon. Scrambled eggs were flavorful and hot. Peach cobbler was delicious! My husband ordered corned beef hash and since he can't eat eggs, staff replaced them with a huge pancake. They are also have a lunch buffet. Very accommodating, friendly and attentive staff. Will definitely be back when we're in town.
