Dr Wilkins and his sweet wife Teresa are caring and kind, our dogs sure love them. The entire staff is wonderful. We have complete confidence in them and feel grateful to have found them.

200 E Main St, Pilot MountainMy wife and I stumbled upon this place by chance, and what an incredible find it turned out to be! The food was exceptionally fresh and absolutely delicious, you can tell everything is made with care and quality.
Jerry and Tabitha are the heart of the place; so warm, welcoming, and genuinely pleasant to chat with. They make you feel like an friend the moment you walk in. It’s rare to find that kind of hospitality these days, and it really made our experience special.
If you’re looking for a spot that combines great food, friendly people, and a relaxed atmosphere, this hidden gem should be on your list. We’ll be back!

The Tilted Ladder
105A W Main St, Pilot MountainWe ate at The Tilted Ladder tonight and I couldn’t be happier with our experience. We’re locals to Pilot Mountain, so dining here is something we do regularly and Ayven absolutely loves it.
Tonight, even though Nikki Clian wasn’t our server, she went out of her way to make our visit special. Ayven recognized her and went straight to her. Nikki picked him up, took him with her to a table, and even let him help deliver food to keep him entertained while we waited for ours.
Talk about going above and beyond especially for a table that wasn’t even hers. That’s my kind of restaurant and people. ?We are so grateful for her kindness and the amazing service we always receive at The Tilted Ladder!

102 Heatherly Creek Dr, Pilot MountainI went there on a whim at an off hour. The service was spot on an helpful finding something delicious with pesto. I had a craving. Freshly prepared and the flavor was amazing. Will definitely be my new spot for Italian food.
