“I would like to commend an employee at your Pineville store. I had spent hours on the phone with two different agents the two days before I decided to just go to your store and speak face to face with someone. I was thoroughly confused when I went in the store. This was my last-ditch effort to open accounts with AT&T.
I was waiting at the front door when the store opened. I immediately met a young man named Javier. (Sorry, I don’t know his last name.) He assured me that he was there to help and that we would take one step at a time until he figured out exactly what I needed in terns of cell service and WiFi. And that’s exactly what he did. I’m glad to say that I’m happily connected at a fair price and enjoying my NYT puzzles once again.

“Chris is the man!!! Had an issue that took a few days to resolve and quite a bit of time with Verizon customer service. Chris walked us through the whole process and was with us on the calls over 2 days time with amazing patience. Went WAY overboard to resolve things and wound up getting us a couple of perks we would have never even known were available. He defines customer service!”

“This place gave me amazing customer service! They were the only place of 5 I called that had the screen for my galaxy s21 in stock. I was quoted a comparable price to all other places I called.
They fixed my sons iPhone 11, in 10 minutes and my phone in a couple of hours. When I picked up the phone, I was informed that my screen was not the issue it was something else and they repaired it for me, and were only charging me labor, $100 less than what I was quoted.
The HONESTY of the shop to tell me this instead of just charging me the quoted amount and just leading me to believe the screen was replaced, is admirable and although I hope I won't have the need to return myself, I will definitely send anyone I know needing repairs, right on over there!”

Nate helped me through several purchases over multiple visits, and his patience and dedication were incredible. He assisted me with upgrading my phone, purchasing two watches for my children, and then took the time to connect everything and work through multiple issues right there in the store.
He spent several hours helping me and never once made me feel rushed. He even let me choose the phone numbers for the new devices, which meant a lot to us. Every time I came in, Nathan was fully present, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on making sure everything was done right.
Customer service like this is rare. Nate went above and beyond, and Verizon is lucky to have him. He deserves best employee award and a promotion for being so helpful and patient.”

The previous carrier (Verizon) gave us a hard time with switching over information plus prolonging it over an hour but Sophia was very patient and not once frustrated and made us feel comfortable.
