“The workers in there, when I visited today, were really friendly and upbeat, in particular, the woman whose name I’m afraid I can’t spell at this moment. She helped me quickly with getting my phone upgraded to an IPhone 17 Pro Max. She kept checking in on me to make sure the iCloud was downloading correctly. Unfortunately, at no fault of theirs, I had to finish my iCloud transfer at home due to having perishable food in the car, which was fine since the SIM card had already transferred over.”
“10/10 Stars. I couldn't have had better customer service reps. Going into phone stores is like having to deal with car dealerships where you have to be on guard when negotiating. But thank God I got JASON and CAM. I came in knowing exactly what I wanted: to add 2 extra lines, free phones, lowest bill possible, port a number, no nonsense. I'm a difficult, persistent customer, and they accommodated every question and concern I had, tactfully and professionally. Jason ran his people like a disciplined general and Cam handled his business and made sure that the number was pushed along, ported, and working before I left the store. I believe I was there for an hour or so, but my time was not wasted, and I am completely satisfied with the monthly bill I'm committed to paying. These guys were true bosses and I will absolutely do business with them when it's time to upgrade. DON'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!”
