“Had to knock off one star because I made an early morning appointment to get my brake and transmission fluid flushed. the mechanic never showed up. I brought the car back that afternoon and they were able to get it done. Overall, the people were very nice, especially Jason. He went above and beyond.
My scrape box came loose a couple of days later and he came to my apartment to assess it. He took my car to the shop and brought it back to my apartment fixed. I truly appreciate the service I received.”

“Needed a trip inspection for my Honda Civic that’s going cross country, and was able to get a same day appointment. Inspection was quick, about 30-35 minutes (was told can vary up to an hour), and the receptionist did a great job explaining the results. Price for the inspection made sense, as did the quote for the things they recommended fixing. A pleasant experience overall, would recommend!”
“These guys are always very polite and friendly and won’t tell you you’re dumb, even if it is your own fault you forgot to push a button your car needs to work. Always very fair on pricing and very up front with what is wrong with your vehicle, if it is operator error lol.”

“I got an oil change today, and the entire team was pleasant, friendly, and helpful. Asia and Emmanuel were especially top tier! Asia took the time to explain some recommendations for my vehicle and made sure I understood everything. Emmanuel was very patient and thorough while going through the checklist process with me.
There was also a new employee working today whose name I unfortunately didn’t get, but he was just as pleasant and took the time to explain what he was doing as he worked on my vehicle.

Always takes them 20 mins or less to do my oil change and is the cheapest in town (they also include other services for free). I went to pep boys once and they took 2 hours and charged me $115 for JUST an oil change.”
