“My daughter lives in rock Hill and was having major car issues on yesterday. I drove about two hours to her and she had already called Cherry Road Automotive. When I made it to my daughter, we struggled to get her car to the shop. Now this was the first time that either one of us had been there so we were nervous about two women getting taken advantage of. However, we were greeted by Mike and he was absolutely amazing. They seem really busy, but they heard the loud noises coming from my daughters car and pulled her car back and quickly diagnose the situation. Mike gave us all the information needed concerning a recall on my daughter’s car and we were able to get the situation handled quickly. We are so thankful for their service to us. This will definitely be our home place for all our car needs. We were so grateful that I called back today to offer them lunch and Mike turned it down. He turned it down because he said this is what they do every day for everyone they give great quality service, which is truly a blessing! “Ethan was the tech that offered the different package deals. I mentiom to him that I had a coupon he was really cool dude. Brian was the tech that did the actual oil change . Ethan checked the tire pressure on my car. Asked if my wipers were good. Out of no where I had another guy started to clean my windows ( Timothy) . “First time here. Brought my Tesla in for NC State Inspection. Super fast. Barely had time to read two pages of my book. Quentin and Joe took great care of me and my vechicle. And the total was less than $14. These great guys only charge for the Safety portion of the inspection (Tesla, no emissions) where I now know that other places in past years charging $30+ were charging for both parts. Shame on me for not knowing, but kudos to these guys. I’m impressed. Will be back with my wife’s Pilot when we need other services.”
“Justin was my top floor servicer. He was well-informed and professional. Something I consistently love about Valvoline is they are honest about my need to replace (or not replace) items in my car, such as my windshield wipers or my air filters. They value transparency over making a sale, which makes me more likely to give my business to them when it actually comes time to replace those things. Excellent experience at this new location.”

“My daughter had her car towed to Speedee Christmas Eve after a breakdown, they were getting ready to close but allowed her to leave car and would inspect first thing Tuesday after Christmas. We received a call before 9am with devastating news that the previous shop had botched her oil change and blew her motor. The manager Ian was kind enough to take photos and document so that we could call the previous shop. If we didn't have those photos and documentation she would have been out of luck. Needless to say her car is being repaired at no cost to her. Thank you Ian for the attention to detail and gracious service.2ndly they did my oil change and discovered I had a leak. At first look Ian thought I had major damage and before doing anything he gave me all my options instead of doing needless work. We went with the option of a deeper look where he discovered the issue was not as bad as we thought. He was thorough and even took the time to show and explain to me what was going on and what needed to be done. I'm sure it took his time away from others but he took care of fixing my oil leak, tuneup, and even going the extra step placing a dye in to make sure there were no other leaks. This was a great experience and I would recommend them anytime! Thanks to all the staff as well”

“I slid through on a Sunday morning to get my oil changed and let me tell you this was hands DOWN the best experience and best crew members I’ve ever had here. Every person that was working on 11/19/23 at about 10am deserves a raise (special shout out to Emmanuel). They all had 10/10 personalities and were just fun to be around, not to mention how quickly and efficiently they got my oil changed and replaced both my cabin and engine air filter. Emmanuel was transparent about pricing the entire time and gave me different options each with a thorough explanation. This crew is amazing at their job and they all deserve to be recognized!!”

“I come here for oil changes and vehicle inspections. If there's no line you're in and out pretty fast but obviously if they're backed up you're going to be waiting. The staff is super nice though. “My first time at Grease Monkey. I was able to take my car in for an oil change and tire rotation the same day I called. Staff and manager were friendly and efficient during my time at their shop. I was apprised of several areas of possible concern to watch for in the future. My only criticism would be that the tire pressures were not checked and adjusted after rotation and the reset sensor needed to be synced.”
