Visited Crabtree store on 4/2/25 and tried on / purchased several pairs of shoes. Mark was the person who assisted me while juggling several other customers. Found him to be very anttentive and professional.

The staff member was very helpful. He gave enough distance but was available for help. He also didn’t try to sell me on a credit card which was nice; it feels like nowadays brick and mortar stores are more interested in selling you finance than an actual product.
