6981 Gum Branch Road, RichlandsI wish I could give them a million stars because I truly can not say enough good things and today really sailed that home. From the reception desk to the vet to the techs ( in particular the two sweet techs who seem to always get Ducky but this day in particular was 8/27/26 for his nails) are SO compassionate, kind and caring! We have a special guy who gets nervous at the vet and we have to give him a little relaxation to get his visits done. On 8/27 we went in for nail visit with ducky and as always the floor at the office scares him so he doesn’t like to go inside. However for this nail appointment (usually he requires assistance to get to the room ) they let him do it outside because he was most comfortable there. And we were in and out no stress to the duck man. We have two other dogs that get seen there to and they are just always so kind and happy to see them. We really love it here and highly recommend them!!

8700 Richlands Hwy Suite A, RichlandsThe ladies working this morning made my day!!! I’ve never visited this shop before but I’m currently in town and needed my caffeine fix. The girls talked with me like I was a friend not just a customer. They were so freaking sweet and helped me decide on two coffees based on what my husband and I normally like. They were so patient and kind! We had lots of laughs too! My coffee was so delicious!!! Honestly 10/10 experience! Those ladies made my day!
