“I hope Kohls never goes out of business because they are my favorites. From their customer service to their helpful friendly clerks. It doesn't get any better. They do not leave security tags on when items thatare shipped like Macy's does.”
“really nice associate at the front checkout area however what I am aggravated with is there’s no signage up for returns when you come into the building so there should be a sign right up at the cashier saying returns because that’s the place where you do returns I went to the all the way to the back waited a 25 minute line at the AMAZON desk not realizing since it says returns on one sign at Amazon on the bottom, but it was all one thing it’s just Amazon return. I should’ve understood that, butthey should have clear signage up. They don’t.”
“Great selection of ladies clothing and the prices were great. Lots of things hanging all over the store. I'm going back just to look at all that stuff. A fun time. Will definitely go back and will spend more time in the men's department.”

“We were looking for dresses for a special family wedding. We went to the typical stores for this purpose. I found nothing that even came close to what I was looking for. I was beginning to think I wouldn't find anything close to what I wanted. Then we went to Dillard's. They have the best selection of dresses and gowns. Quite a variety to choose from, both long and short. Needless to say, I found at least 5 or 6 gowns to try and found just what I was looking for. The lady working in the department was kind and very helpful. It was a joy to find such great variety and help. Would definitely recommend Dillard's.”

From start to finish, he was exceptionally patient and understanding, even when I got a little frustrated trying to figure out the pricing. “It's a Ross so most of the product is run down for one reason or another. This location I one of the cleaner ones I've seen and it still feels messy. Folks here are fine service is standard, but the amount of broken or damaged products on shelves is a little excessive sometimes.
No one wants to buy half a box of spaghetti noodles for a dollar off.”
“I ordered some pillows and Kohls had me pick them up in the store. Never having done this before, the employee at checkout had me pull up the Kohls message on my phone and went over the directions for a store pickup step by step. It took less than 5 minutes and I was thrilled at the ease of the process!”
“This Belk has an outlet store! 2nd floor is an original Belk. You have to park on the first level or go down the escalator in the main mall to get to the 1st floor of the store. First Floor is all outlet prices items. Almost identical to the upstairs store. Huge dress selection!”
“The prices are steep but I do love the mark down section I didn't know they had one because I don't shop there to high for my blood but since I know they have a mark down section with good prices I will be going there now”

“I usually don’t shop at Marshalls because many locations feel messy and disorganized, making it hard to find anything. However, this store is clean, well-organized, and easy to shop, which made the experience genuinely enjoyable. The employees and management are also extremely friendly and helpful. This location has definitely turned me into a Marshalls shopper.”

“Store has a ton of Doc Martens for about $50 and up. Lots of women's size 7 and a few men's 10s and 11s. None in my size unfortunately. However all their Halloween items are on clearance. I snagged some cauldron shaped salt and pepper shakers for .49 cents! They still had some halloween cookie jars, cake molds and blankets gets left.
Staff very friendly too. A good visit.”
“Kind service, very helpful in helping me find what I was looking for. Everything from gardening supplies, to wood screws I needed and a latch for our trailer hitch. Reasonably priced. Great store.”
“Great store with great items on sale. The Staff are pleasant. The line to checkout is not too long. The shelves are decently stocked. The aisles are cleared of forgotten merchandise. The music is a nice touch too. The location is right off the freeway US-64. There are plenty of restaurants and a grocery store inside that same shopping center.”
“Always clean and employees are mostly nice. I just wish they had more selection like they do at super-centers. But I hate the superwalmart that's close by because it's always a mess and homeless people everywhere and the employees are rude. So for the size of store they are excellent!”

“I had my daughter sick so I went to the Walmart store to buy coffee and medicine. I was waiting to pay at one of the computers and one of the workers arrived and said I'm sorry and I turned it off and I left things and I was angry because I had been waiting for hours to pay. It's unfortunate that the treat them like loyal customers”

“Came in yesterday for a gift for my girlfriend. Went straight to the smell good section. I was greeted by a salesman named Jack. He had an extensive knowledge of cologne,perfumes ect. Talked with him for about 15minutes. Telling him what I was looking for and her likes and dislikes. He made it a mission to make sure I was smelling what I needed. Ultimately found a great perfume. If you go in and get JACK to help you, you won't be disappointed. He also helped me find a cologne for me once the 2 i have run out (Atomic Rose) ?”

“Stopped by this Dollar General for the first time the other day looking for wax melts and was able to find exactly what I needed. The store was organized and prices were fair. The staff was kind and helpful — one of them even let me know that the coupon on my receipt could be used at the Food Lion next door, which saved me $5 on groceries.
Overall, a good experience and I’d shop here again.”
