“One of my go to places. Loads of variety of clothing for almost all ages. Wish they would have more clothes for kids. Specially for ages that are over age of 5.
They have as soon on tv items, seasonal items and blankets are so comfy and the price is great. Can't get things for that price.
Returns are quick and easy. No hassle.”
“Experienced some really great customer service by Tyler (store manager) at this location! I purchased 5 gift cards worth $125 that apparently were compromised. The people who were gifted these cards came in letting him know that the balance was zero and could not be used. I connected with him regarding this issue and he escalated it to corporate very quickly and kept in touch with me along the way. He resolved the issue and gave me my money back and I was able to gift the funds back to the original recipients. Gift cards can make things more complicated and less likely for resolution since third parties are involved, but he figured out a way to make it right. I am very grateful for his help and desire to find a solution that was quick and made everyone happy. Thank you Tyler!”
“really nice associate at the front checkout area however what I am aggravated with is there’s no signage up for returns when you come into the building so there should be a sign right up at the cashier saying returns because that’s the place where you do returns I went to the all the way to the back waited a 25 minute line at the AMAZON desk not realizing since it says returns on one sign at Amazon on the bottom, but it was all one thing it’s just Amazon return. I should’ve understood that, butthey should have clear signage up. They don’t.”
“I’m really glad Big Lots is still open , they’ve closed so many locations it’s very sad . But this location in Wake Forest is great. Ryan and the other associates are so friendly. You can find things at excellent prices . I bought 2 pieces of furniture here recently and they were priced better than any furniture store in Raleigh /Wake Forest /Cary or anywhere .”
“We really liked this store. It's very close to us and has a lot of merchandise at reduced prices. The grand kids like going there to pick out clothes since they are at that stage where only they know what they want. I found a Pink Floyd t-shirt for $9!!”

“It's a Ross so most of the product is run down for one reason or another. This location I one of the cleaner ones I've seen and it still feels messy. Folks here are fine service is standard, but the amount of broken or damaged products on shelves is a little excessive sometimes.
No one wants to buy half a box of spaghetti noodles for a dollar off.”

“This Belk has an outlet store! 2nd floor is an original Belk. You have to park on the first level or go down the escalator in the main mall to get to the 1st floor of the store. First Floor is all outlet prices items. Almost identical to the upstairs store. Huge dress selection!”
“The prices are steep but I do love the mark down section I didn't know they had one because I don't shop there to high for my blood but since I know they have a mark down section with good prices I will be going there now”

“I love target 🎯 they have a Starbucks inside, and I appreciated all the fan and air purifier options I had to choose from. Not many options for little kitchen griddles/grillers. They only had two a big one and a small one but I guess that's plenty to choose from 🤣”
“Store has a ton of Doc Martens for about $50 and up. Lots of women's size 7 and a few men's 10s and 11s. None in my size unfortunately. However all their Halloween items are on clearance. I snagged some cauldron shaped salt and pepper shakers for .49 cents! They still had some halloween cookie jars, cake molds and blankets gets left.
Staff very friendly too. A good visit.”

I especially love the clearance section! I always find great deals.”

“Stopped by this Dollar General for the first time the other day looking for wax melts and was able to find exactly what I needed. The store was organized and prices were fair. The staff was kind and helpful — one of them even let me know that the coupon on my receipt could be used at the Food Lion next door, which saved me $5 on groceries.
Overall, a good experience and I’d shop here again.”
