“I visited for the first time the other day to use the USPS services that is inside the hardware shop. (This review is mainly for the post office inside). I was immediately greeted by the four employees up front. It was a rainy day and I was the only customer. They directed me to the USPS area in the back. This was THE BEST post office visit I have ever had!! There was no line at all. Service was super quick, I was in and out of the building in less than 5 minutes. I also love that they close at 4pm on Saturdays because honestly, it's tough making the cutoff time early on Saturdays! When leaving, I was wished a good day by the same employees. I will be a returning customer for this USPS location and maybe take a look around the hardware store next time.”

“Phillip from Hanson Overhead Doors came to my house to troubleshoot a problem with the My Q app and my Smart Hub Bluetooth door opener. OH MY GOSH did he ever go above and beyond!!! He worked tirelessly to figure out what the problem was, and finally got it all working after at least a couple of hours-included deleting and reinstalling the app, calling Chamberlain Customer Service x 2, and helping me recreate a totally new email and account for the My Q app. There are not enough words to thank Phillip and not enough superlatives to describe his determined customer service!!! Kudos to Phillip!!!! I am tickled that my Q app is functioning again. Thanks again Phillip!”

I am back and had to buy some nails, screws, etc for a house project and the first thing that happened was a greeting from one of the staff asking to help me. He told me exactly where the items I needed were and I was in and out with no issues in no time at all. Great store for Wake Forest.”

“I go there for consumables. I get my tarps, tape, saw blades, wire ties and stuff like that. While some of the saw blades don't hold up like ones you would get from a major change, the price difference makes it worthwhile. Today I picked up some nitrile gloves, wire ties, some electrical parts and tarps. They had everything I needed for a good price.”

“Nuts and Bolts of Fastening Hardware! I LOVE Hardware! This place is a Fastening Specialist with some Metal Stock and some Tools : Wrenches, Files, Bits, Cutting and Grinding Wheels! I was referred to this Business by another Local Hardware Store Two Ladies working here were very Polite and Helpful! If you have a "small" project (needing way less than 50-100 Bolts for example) this may not be your best bet... The Bolt I needed is only sold in quantities of 100 and I only needed two! They are moving up US 1 A about a mile closer to Downtown Youngsville”

“I love Home Depot and never really have any issues at any of the locations I've visited around the US. Once you've been to a Home Depot, you've been to them all. However, I feel like the Garden Section here is bigger and has more options. Coming from CT, we obviously get different plants, so it was kinda cool to see different plants in NC and what grows for this region of the states. (It's the little things, okay? Let me nerd out over plants). I'm definitely excited to come back and get plants for my garden once we unpack and settle into our new home. As for the rest of Home Depot, everything was the same and well stocked. The employees are nice and helpful. AND a bonus!! It wasn't overly crowded like the location I used to go to and easily checked out without waiting in a huge line!”

“An associate, Mr. Christopher Brown helped three other persons while helping me and that translated into more business for Home Depot – I loved his attitude though! Usually, associates don't even talk to others while they help one person, as if that particular person owns him at the time, or, the matter needs their undivided attention. Many times, I had left the stores for lack of help from associates while shopping for specialized items. Mr. Brown was soliciting others while he was helping me but I didn't even mind a bit because he gave me as much help as I needed without any reservations. He provided technical expertise, guiding me to pick the right LVP, and the underlayment I needed, took the materials to the checkout counter and finally loaded them in my car. Obviously, he is doing several persons job single handedly and providing service above and beyond him. He is an asset to his employer.”
