“I recently had an emergency Rx need due to a lost FedEx pkg. Working with my hometown (SC) Physician, I was able to arrange the Rx to go to CVB (Target location in Wilson, NC. Pharmacist Jason ( unknown last) was instrumental in expediting filling it but insuring I got the best rate in spite of the challanges of not duplicating the order. Please thank Jason for me. “I don't know if the place is renovated but it looks like new both the store inside and the outside areas, nice and clean. Restrooms are clean, didn’t asked if they have showers. There is parking spots for maybe 4-5 trucks with their trailers, also you can be creative along the curb where the diesel pumps are . It has 3 diesel lanes. Something that I saw and didn’t like was to see a bobtail parked occupying a space that is for a truck and trailer, as a truck driver I have to admit that in this occupation there are many drivers who lack COMMON SENSE AND EMPATHY towards their fellow drivers, HOW IS IT POSSIBLE THAT WITH SO MUCH SPACE TO PARK A BOBTAIL YOU HAVE TO OCCUPY A SPOT THAT IS FOR A TRUCK AND ITS TRAILER!”

“Now listen here, folks. I ain’t one to exaggerate, but let me tell ya—this Royal Farms chicken is so good, I nearly had to pull over and collect myself! I took one bite, and I swear I heard angels hummin’ in the background. This ain’t just fried chicken—this is what a fried chicken dreams of bein’ when it grows up to be a full-grown ROOSTER!
Now let’s talk about them potato wedges. I picked one up, looked at it, and said, “Now that’s a proper tater.” Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside—just the way the good Lord intended. Dip it in some of that Chesapeake Bay sauce, and WHEW BOY, you got yourself a meal fit for a king!
And the coffee?! Now, I was expectin’ that standard gas station brew—you know, the kind that tastes like it’s been sittin’ since the Nixon administration? But nope! This coffee is fresh, hot, and strong enough to put hair on your chest! If you need to wake up and get movin’, this’ll do the trick.
Now, the service? Let me tell ya, these folks are quicker than a jackrabbit! You barely get your wallet out before they got your food ready, and they do it all with a smile like they actually enjoy bein’ there!
So let me put it plain—if you ain’t stopped by Royal Farms in Wilson, what in the world are you waitin’ for?! Five stars? SHOOT, I’d give it fifty if I could! Best chicken I’ve had in ages, and that’s a fact!”

“The only request is for more restrooms. This is the only gas station or convenience store for miles. The line to the restroom was very long. Otherwise, it was fantastic. It was well staffed, fully stocked, and clean.”

“Dana assisted me today in the pharmacy. She went above and beyond to help me with my prescription. She even took the time to help me find a low cost option since I don't have insurance outside of my state. Pharmacies are so overwhelmed these days that it's a delight when someone treats you like they care to assist you. She was so patient and incredibly helpful. Very customer service driven. I hope she is recognized for being a very valuable employee!”
